1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
1 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
2 Command the sons of Israel, that they send forth out of the camp, every leper, and every one that hath a flux,and every one that is unclean by the dead:
2 Ordena aos filhos de Israel que expulsem do acampamento a todo leproso, e todo o que padece com alguma hemorragia, e todo aquele que estiver contaminado pelo contato com os mortos.
3 whether male or female, ye shall send them forth, unto the outside of the camp, shall ye send them,that they make not their camps unclean, in the midst whereof, I, have my habitation.
3 Homens e mulheres, expulsareis; fora do acampamento os colocareis, para que não contaminem os seus acampamentos, em cujo meio eu habito.
4 And the sons of Israel did so, and sent them forth unto the outside of the camp,as Yahweh spake unto Moses, so, did the sons of Israel.
4 E assim fizeram os filhos de Israel, e os expulsaram do acampamento, como o SENHOR ordenara a Moisés, assim fizeram os filhos de Israel.
5 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
5 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
6 Speak unto the sons of Israel: When any man or woman, shall do aught of an human sin, in acting unfaithfully against Yahweh,and that person shall become aware of his guilt,
6 Fala aos filhos de Israel: Quando um homem ou uma mulher cometer algum pecado que cometem os homens, uma transgressão contra o SENHOR, essa pessoa será culpada.
7 then shall they confess their sin which they have done, and he shall make good that wherein he is guilty, in the principal thereof, and the fifth part thereof, shall he add thereunto,and give to him against whom he is guilty,
7 E confessará o pecado que cometeu, e fará a compensação, pela sua transgressão, segundo a soma total, e lhe acrescentará uma quinta parte, e dará o valor àquele contra quem transgrediu.
8 But if one have no kinsman unto whom he may make goad that wherein he is guilty, then that wherein he is guilty, which is to he restored to Yahweh, shall be the priests,besides the ram of propitiation, wherewith a propitiatory-covering is to be put over him.
8 Mas se esse homem não tiver um parente remidor, ao qual deva ser feita a compensação, então a compensação da transgressão deverá ser feita ao SENHOR, e ao sacerdote, além do carneiro da oferta, com que será feita a oferta.
9 And every heave-offering, of all the hallowed things of the sons of Israel which they bring near to the priest, unto him, shall it belong.
9 E toda oferta de todas as coisas santas dos filhos de Israel, que trouxerem ao sacerdote, a ele pertencerá.
10 And, every mans hallowed things, shall be, his own,what any man giveth to the priest, shall be his.
10 E as coisas santas de cada um pertencerão a ele; tudo o que alguém der ao sacerdote a ele pertencerá.
11 And Yahweh spake unto Moses saying:
11 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés, dizendo:
12 Speak unto the sons of Israel, and thou shalt say unto them,When any mans wife, shall turn aside, and commit against him an act of unfaithfulness;
12 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando a esposa de algum homem se desviar e transgredir contra ele,
13 and a man shall lie with her carnally, and it shall be concealed from the eyes of her husband and he kept close but, she, hath committed uncleanness,though witness, there is none against her, and she, hath not been caught;
13 e algum homem estiver com ela, carnalmente, e isso for oculto dos olhos de seu esposo, e assim for mantido, e ela estiver contaminada, e não houver testemunha contra ela, e nem for flagrada na transgressão,
14 but there shall pass over him a spirit of jealousy, and he shall become jealous of his wife, she having committed uncleanness,or there shall pass over him a spirit of jealousy, and he shall become jealous of his wife, she not, having committed uncleanness,
14 e se o espírito de ciúmes vier ao esposo, e ele sentir ciúmes de sua esposa, estando ela contaminada; ou se o espírito de ciúmes vier ao esposo, e ele sentir ciúmes de sua esposa, não estando ela contaminada,
15 then shall the man bring in his wife unto the priest, and shall bring in her offering for her, the tenth of an ephah of the meal of barley,he shall not pour thereon oil, nor put thereon frankincense, for a jealousy gift, it is, a reminding gift bringing to mind iniquity.
15 então, aquele homem trará a sua esposa perante o sacerdote, e trará também a sua oferta por ela, uma décima parte de um efa de farinha de cevada, sobre a qual não derramará azeite, nem porá incenso; porque é uma oferta de ciúmes, uma oferta de memorial trazendo à lembrança a iniquidade.
16 Then shall the priest bring her near,and cause her to stand before Yahweh;
16 E o sacerdote a aproximará, e a colocará diante do SENHOR.
17 and the priest shall take hallowed water in an earthen vessel,and of the dust which shall be upon the floor of the habitation, shall the priest take, and put into the water;
17 E ele tomará água santa em um vaso de barro, e do pó que houver no chão do tabernáculo, e o colocará na água.
18 and the priest shall cause the woman to stand before Yahweh, and shall bare the head of the woman, and shall place upon her hands the reminding gift, it being a jealousy gift,and in the hand of the priest, shall be the deadly water that bringeth a curse;
18 E o sacerdote apresentará a mulher perante o SENHOR e lhe descobrirá a cabeça, e colocará nas suas mãos a oferta de memorial que é a oferta de ciúmes; e o sacerdote terá em suas mãos a água amarga, que provoca a maldição.
19 and the priest shall put her on oath and shall say unto the woman:If no man hath lain with thee, and if thou hast not turned aside in uncleanness, instead of thy husband, be thou clear from this deadly water that causeth a curse.
19 E o sacerdote a acusará, com um juramento, e dirá a ela: Se nenhum homem se deitou contigo, e se não te desviaste para a imundície com outro, em vez de teu esposo, estarás livre desta água amarga, que provoca a maldição.
20 But, if, thou, hast turned aside, instead of thy husband and if thou hast made thyself unclean,in that a man hath known thee carnally, other than thy husband,
20 Porém, se te desviaste com outro em vez de teu esposo, e se te contaminaste, e se algum homem, além de teu esposo, se deitou contigo;
21 then shall the priest put the woman on oath with an oath of cursing, and the priest shall say unto the woman, Yahweh give thee up for a curse and for an oath in the midst of thy people,in that Yahweh shall give up thy thigh to fall away, and thy womb to swell:
21 então, o sacerdote acusará a mulher, com um juramento de maldição, e o sacerdote dirá a ela: O SENHOR faça de ti uma maldição, e como juramento entre o teu povo, quando o SENHOR fizer apodrecer a tua coxa, e inchar o teu ventre.
22 so shall this water that causeth a curse enter into thy body, causing womb to swell and thigh to fall away. And the woman shall say, Amen, Amen.
22 E esta água, que causa a maldição, entrará em tuas entranhas, para fazer inchar o teu ventre e apodrecer a tua coxa, e a mulher dirá: Amém, amém.
23 Then shall the priest write these curses in a scroll,and wipe them out into the deadly water;
23 E o sacerdote escreverá estas maldições em um livro e as apagará com a água amarga.
24 and shall cause the woman to drink the deadly water that causeth a curse,and the deadly water that causeth a curse shall enter into her.
24 E ele fará com que a mulher beba a água amarga, que causa a maldição, e a água que causa a maldição entrará nela, e se tornará amarga.
25 Then shall the priest take from the hand of the woman the jealousy meal-offering,and shall wave the meal-offering before Yahweh, and bring it near unto the altar;
25 Então, o sacerdote tomará a oferta de ciúmes das mãos da mulher e moverá a oferta perante o SENHOR, e a oferecerá sobre o altar.
26 and the priest shall take a handful from the meal-offering, a remembrancer thereof, and make a perfume at the altar,and afterwards, shall cause the woman to drink the water.
26 E o sacerdote tomará um punhado da oferta como memorial e a queimará sobre o altar, e depois fará com que a mulher beba a água.
27 And as soon as he causeth her to drink, the water, then shall it be, that, if she have fallen into uncleanness and committed unfaithfulness against her husband, as soon as the deadly water that causeth a curse hath entered into her, so soon shall her womb swell and her thigh fall away,thus shall the woman be-come a curse in the midst of her people.
27 E depois de ter feito a mulher beber a água, se ela estiver contaminada e tiver transgredido contra seu esposo, a água que causa a maldição entrará nela, e se tornará amarga, e sua coxa apodrecerá, e seu ventre inchará; e a mulher se tornará uma maldição entre o seu povo.
28 But, if the woman have not fallen into uncleanness, but is pure, then shall she be clear and shall bear seed.
28 E se a mulher não estiver contaminada, mas limpa, então ela será livre, e conceberá semente.
29 This, is the law of jealousies,when a wife shall turn aside instead of her husband, and fall into uncleanness;
29 Esta é a lei dos ciúmes, quando a mulher se desviar para outro, em vez de seu esposo, e estiver contaminada;
30 or when there passeth over, a husband, a spirit of jealousy, and he becometh jealous of his wife, then shall he cause the woman to stand before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute upon her all this law:
30 ou quando o espírito de ciúmes vier sobre o esposo, e ele sentir ciúmes de sua esposa, e apresentar a mulher perante o SENHOR, e o sacerdote executará sobre ela toda esta lei.
31 thus shall the man be clear of iniquity; but that woman, shall bear her iniquity.
31 Então o homem estará livre da iniquidade, e esta mulher levará a sua iniquidade.
