1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses, saying:
1 Disse mais o Senhor a Moisés:
2 Make thee two trumpets of silver, of beaten work, shalt thou make them,and they shall be unto thee for calling the assembly, and for setting forward the camps.
2 Faze duas trombetas de prata; de obra batida as farás; servir-te-ão para convocares a congregação e para a partida dos arraiais.
3 As soon as they blow therewith, so soon hall all the assembly assemble themselves unto thee, unto the entrance of the tent of meeting.
3 Quando tocarem, toda a congregação se ajuntará a ti à porta da tenda da congregação.
4 And, if, only once, they blow, then shall the princes, the heads of the thousands of Israel, gather themselves unto thee.
4 Mas, quando tocar uma só, a ti se ajuntarão os príncipes, os cabeças dos milhares de Israel.
5 But when ye blow an alarm, then shall set forward the camps that are encamped eastwards;
5 Quando as tocardes a rebate, partirão os arraiais que se acham acampados do lado oriental.
6 and when ye blow a second alarm, then shall set forward the camps that are encamped southwards,an alarm, shall they blow for setting them forward,
6 Mas, quando a segunda vez as tocardes a rebate, então, partirão os arraiais que se acham acampados do lado sul; a rebate, as tocarão para as suas partidas.
7 But in calling together the convocation, ye shall blow but shall not sound an alarm.
7 Mas, se se houver de ajuntar a congregação, tocá-las-eis, porém não a rebate.
8 And, the sons of Aaron the priests, shall blow with the trumpets,and it shall be unto you for a statute age-abiding, unto your generations.
8 Os filhos de Arão, sacerdotes, tocarão as trombetas; e a vós outros será isto por estatuto perpétuo nas vossas gerações.
9 And when ye go into war in your land against thee assailant that assaileth you, then shall ye blow an alarm with the trumpets,and bring yourselves to mind before Yahweh your God, and be saved, from your enemies,
9 Quando, na vossa terra, sairdes a pelejar contra os opressores que vos apertam, também tocareis as trombetas a rebate, e perante o Senhor , vosso Deus, haverá lembrança de vós, e sereis salvos de vossos inimigos.
10 And in your day of rejoicing and in your appointed seasons and in the beginnings of your months, then shall ye blow with the trumpets, over your ascending-sacrifices, and over your peace-offerings,so shall they be unto you for a memorial before your God. IYahweh, am your God.
10 Da mesma sorte, no dia da vossa alegria, e nas vossas solenidades, e nos princípios dos vossos meses, também tocareis as vossas trombetas sobre os vossos holocaustos e sobre os vossos sacrifícios pacíficos, e vos serão por lembrança perante vosso Deus. Eu sou o Senhor , vosso Deus.
11 And so it came to pass in the second year, in the second month on the twentieth of the month, that the cloud lifted itself up, from off the habitation of the testimony;
11 Aconteceu, no ano segundo, no segundo mês, aos vinte do mês, que a nuvem se ergueu de sobre o tabernáculo da congregação.
12 and the sons of Israel set forward by their removals from the desert of Sinai, and then the cloud abode in the desert of Paran.
12 Os filhos de Israel puseram-se em marcha do deserto do Sinai, jornada após jornada; e a nuvem repousou no deserto de Parã.
13 Thus then did they set forward for the first time,at the bidding of Yahweh, by the hand of Moses.
13 Assim, pela primeira vez, se puseram em marcha, segundo o mandado do Senhor , por Moisés.
14 So the standard of the camp of the sons of Judah set forward first, by their hosts, and over his own host, was Nahshon, son of Amminadab;
14 Primeiramente, partiu o estandarte do arraial dos filhos de Judá, segundo as suas turmas; e, sobre o seu exército, estava Naassom, filho de Aminadabe;
15 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Issachar, Nethanel, son of Zuar;
15 sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Issacar, Natanael, filho de Zuar;
16 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun, Eliab, son of Helon.
16 e, sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Zebulom, Eliabe, filho de Helom.
17 Then was taken down the habitation,and the sons of Gershon and the sons of Merari set forward bearing the habitation.
17 Então, desarmaram o tabernáculo, e os filhos de Gérson e os filhos de Merari partiram, levando o tabernáculo.
18 Then set forward the standard of the camp of Reuben, by their hosts,and over his own host, Elizur, son of Shedeur;
18 Depois, partiu o estandarte do arraial de Rúben, segundo as suas turmas; e, sobre o seu exército, estava Elizur, filho de Sedeur;
19 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shelumiel, son of Zurishaddai;
19 sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Simeão, Selumiel, filho de Zurisadai;
20 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Gad, Eliasaph, son of Deuel.
20 e, sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Gade, Eliasafe, filho de Deuel.
21 Then set forward the Kohathites, bearing the sanctuary,and so the habitation was reared by the time they came in.
21 Então, partiram os coatitas, levando as coisas santas; e erigia-se o tabernáculo até que estes chegassem.
22 Then set forward the standard of the camp of the sons of Ephraim by their hosts,and over his own host, was Elishama son of Ammihud;
22 Depois, partiu o estandarte do arraial dos filhos de Efraim, segundo as suas turmas; e, sobre o seu exército, estava Elisama, filho de Amiúde;
23 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh, Gamaliel, son of Pedahzur;
23 sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Manassés, Gamaliel, filho de Pedazur;
24 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Benjamin, Abidan, son of Gideoni.
24 e, sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Benjamim, Abidã, filho de Gideoni.
25 Then set forward the standard of the camp of the sons of Dan, bringing up the rear of all the camps, by their hosts,and over his own host, Ahiezur, son of Ammishaddai;
25 Então, partiu o estandarte do arraial dos filhos de Dã, formando a retaguarda de todos os arraiais, segundo as suas turmas; e, sobre o seu exército, estava Aiezer, filho de Amisadai;
26 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Asher, Pagiel, son of Ochran;
26 sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Aser, Pagiel, filho de Ocrã;
27 and, over the host of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali, Ahira, son of Enan.
27 e, sobre o exército da tribo dos filhos de Naftali, Aira, filho de Enã.
28 These, were the settings-forward of the sons of Israel by their hosts,thus did they set forward.
28 Nesta ordem, puseram-se em marcha os filhos de Israel, segundo os seus exércitos.
29 Then said Moses to Hobab, son of Raguel the Midianite, father-in-law of Moses: Setting forward, are we unto the place of which Yahweh hath said, The same, will I give unto you,Oh come with us and we will do thee good, for, Yahweh, hath spoken good, concerning Israel.
29 Disse Moisés a Hobabe, filho de Reuel, o midianita, sogro de Moisés: Estamos de viagem para o lugar de que o Senhor disse: Dar-vo-lo-ei; vem conosco, e te faremos bem, porque o Senhor prometeu boas coisas a Israel.
30 And he said unto him, I will not go,but unto my own land, and unto my own kindred, will I go.
30 Porém ele respondeu: Não irei; antes, irei à minha terra e à minha parentela.
31 Then said he: I beseech thee, do not forsake us,for, on this account, hast thou come to know of our encamping in the desert, so shalt thou be unto us as eyes;
31 Tornou-lhe Moisés: Ora, não nos deixes, porque tu sabes que devemos acampar-nos no deserto; e nos servirás de guia.
32 and it shall be if thou wilt go with us,yea it shall be that with the very good wherewith Yahweh shall do us good, will we do good unto thee.
32 Se vieres conosco, far-te-emos o mesmo bem que o Senhor a nós nos fizer.
33 So then they went forward, from the mountain of Yahweh, a journey of three days,and the ark of the covenant of Yahweh, was going before them a journey of three days, to search out for them a resting-place,
33 Partiram, pois, do monte do Senhor caminho de três dias; a arca da Aliança do Senhor ia adiante deles caminho de três dias, para lhes deparar lugar de descanso.
34 And the cloud of Yahweh, was over them by day,when they set forward out of the camp.
34 A nuvem do Senhor pairava sobre eles de dia, quando partiam do arraial.
35 And it came to pass when the ark set forward, that Moses said: Arise, O Yahweh! and scattered be thy foes, Let them that hate thee flee before thee;
35 Partindo a arca, Moisés dizia: Levanta-te, Senhor , e dissipados sejam os teus inimigos, e fujam diante de ti os que te odeiam.
36 But when it rested, he said,Return, O Yahweh! unto the myriads of the thousands of Israel.
36 E, quando pousava, dizia: Volta, ó Senhor , para os milhares de milhares de Israel.
