1 And Yahweh spake unto Moses in the desert of Sinai, in the second year by their coming forth out of the land of Egypt in the first month, saying:
1 E falou o SENHOR a Moisés no deserto de Sinai, no ano segundo da sua saída da terra do Egito, no primeiro mês, dizendo:
2 Let the sons of Israel therefore, keep the passover in its appointed season:
2 Celebrem os filhos de Israel a páscoa a seu tempo determinado.
3 on he fourteenth day of this month between the two evenings, shall ye keep it, in its appointed season,according to all the statute thereof and according to all the regulations thereof, shall ye keep it.
3 No dia catorze deste mês, pela tarde, a seu tempo determinado a celebrareis; segundo todos os seus estatutos, e segundo todos os seus ritos, a celebrareis.
4 Then spake Moses unto the sons of Israel that they should keep the passover.
4 Disse, pois, Moisés aos filhos de Israel que celebrassem a páscoa.
5 So they kept the passover in the first , on the fourteenth day of the month between the two evenings, in the desert of Sinai,according to all that Yahweh commanded Moses, so, did the sons of Israel.
5 Então celebraram a páscoa no dia catorze do primeiro mês, pela tarde, no deserto de Sinai; conforme a tudo o que o Senhor ordenara a Moisés, assim fizeram os filhos de Israel.
6 But so it was that there were, certain men who had become unclean by a dead person, and could not keep the passover on that day,therefore came they near before Moses and before Aaron on that day.
6 E houve alguns que estavam imundos por terem tocado o corpo de um homem morto; e não podiam celebrar a páscoa naquele dia; por isso se chegaram perante Moisés e Arão naquele mesmo dia;
7 Then said those men unto him, We, are unclean by a dead person,wherefore should we become of less esteem for want of offering the oblation of Yahweh in its appointed season, in the midst of the sons of Israel?
7 E aqueles homens disseram-lhe: Imundos estamos nós pelo corpo de um homem morto; por que seríamos privados de oferecer a oferta do Senhor a seu tempo determinado no meio dos filhos de Israel?
8 And Moses said unto them,Stay, and let me hear, what Yahweh shall command concerning you!
8 E disse-lhes Moisés: Esperai, e eu ouvirei o que o Senhor vos ordenará.
9 Then spake Yahweh unto Moses, saying:
9 Então falou o Senhor a Moisés, dizendo:
10 Speak unto the sons of Israel, saying,Though, any man, be unclean by a dead person or be on a journey afar off, whether in the case of yourselves or of your generations, yet shall he keep a passover unto Yahweh.
10 Fala aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Quando alguém entre vós, ou entre as vossas gerações, for imundo por tocar corpo morto, ou achar-se em jornada longe de vós, contudo ainda celebrará a páscoa ao Senhor.
11 In the second month, on the fourteenth day between the two evenings, shall they keep it,with unleavened cakes and bitter herbs, shall they eat it.
11 No mês segundo, no dia catorze à tarde, a celebrarão; com pães ázimos e ervas amargas a comerão.
12 They shall not leave thereof until morning, and no bone, shall they break thereinaccording to all the statutes of the passover, shall they keep it.
12 Dela nada deixarão até à manhã, e dela não quebrarão osso algum; segundo todo o estatuto da páscoa a celebrarão.
13 But as for the man who is, clean, and no a journey, doth not chance to be and yet faileth to keep the passover, that person shall he cut off from among his kinsfolk,for the oblation of Yahweh, hath he not offered in its appointed season, his own sin, shall, that man, bear.
13 Porém, quando um homem for limpo, e não estiver em viagem, e deixar de celebrar a páscoa, essa alma do seu povo será extirpada; porquanto não ofereceu a oferta do Senhor a seu tempo determinado; esse homem levará o seu pecado.
14 When moreover there may sojourn with you a sojourner, who would keep a passover unto Yahweh, according to the statute of the passover, and according to the regulation thereof, so, must he keep
14 E, quando um estrangeiro peregrinar entre vós, e também celebrar a páscoa ao Senhor, segundo o estatuto da páscoa e segundo o seu rito assim a celebrará; um mesmo estatuto haverá para vós, assim para o estrangeiro, como para o natural da terra.
15 Now, on the day the habitation was reared, the cloud covered the habitation, even the tent of the testimony,and in the evening, it was over the habitation, like an appearance of fire, until morning,
15 E no dia em que foi levantado o tabernáculo, a nuvem cobriu o tabernáculo sobre a tenda do testemunho; e à tarde estava sobre o tabernáculo com uma aparência de fogo até à manhã.
16 Thus, came it to pass continually, the cloud, covered it,and an appearance of fire, by night;
16 Assim era de contínuo: a nuvem o cobria, e de noite havia aparência de fogo.
17 but at the bidding of the upgoings of the cloud from off the tent, then, after that, the sons of Israel set forward,and in the place where the cloud abode, there the sons of Israel encamped:
17 Mas sempre que a nuvem se alçava de sobre a tenda, os filhos de Israel partiam; e no lugar onde a nuvem parava, ali os filhos de Israel se acampavam.
18 at the bidding of Yahweh, the sons of Israel set forward, and at the bidding of Yahweh, they encamped,all the days that the cloud abode upon the habitation, they remained encamped.
18 Segundo a ordem do Senhor, os filhos de Israel partiam, e segundo a ordem do Senhor se acampavam; todos os dias em que a nuvem parava sobre o tabernáculo, ficavam acampados.
19 And when the cloud lengthened out its stay upon the habitation, many days, then would the sons of Israel keep the watch of Yahweh, and would not set forward.
19 E, quando a nuvem se detinha muitos dias sobre o tabernáculo, então os filhos de Israel cumpriam a ordem do Senhor, e não partiam.
20 And, so it was, when the cloud would be a few days upon the habitation, at the bidding of Yahweh, they remained encamped, and at the bidding of Yahweh, they set forward.
20 E, quando a nuvem ficava poucos dias sobre o tabernáculo, segundo a ordem do Senhor se alojavam, e segundo a ordem do Senhor partiam.
21 And, so it was, when the cloud would be from evening until morning, as soon as the cloud went up in the morning, so soon did they set forward: whether by day or by night, as soon as the cloud went up, so soon did they set forward.
21 Porém, outras vezes a nuvem ficava desde a tarde até à manhã, e quando ela se alçava pela manhã, então partiam; quer de dia quer de noite alçando-se a nuvem, partiam.
22 Whether for two days or a month or a year, the cloud lengthened out its stay upon the habitation abiding thereupon, the sons of Israel remained encamped and set not forward,but at the upgoings thereof, they set forward.
22 Ou, quando a nuvem sobre o tabernáculo se detinha dois dias, ou um mês, ou um ano, ficando sobre ele, então os filhos de Israel se alojavam, e não partiam; e alçando-se ela, partiam.
23 At the bidding of Yahweh, they encamped, and at the bidding of Yahweh, they set forward,the watch of Yahweh, they kept, at the bidding of Yahweh by the hand of Moses.
23 Segundo a ordem do Senhor se alojavam, e segundo a ordem do Senhor partiam; cumpriam o seu dever para com o Senhor, segundo a ordem do Senhor por intermédio de Moisés.
