1 These are the journeys of the children of Israel, who went forth out of the land of Egypt according to their armies, under the guidance of Moses and Aaron.
1 São estas as jornadas dos filhos de Israel, pelas quais saíram da terra do Egito, segundo os seus exércitos, sob o comando de Moisés e Arão.
2 And Moses wrote their departures according to their journeys by the order of the Lord; and these are their journeys according to their departures.
2 Moisés registrou os pontos de partida, segundo as suas jornadas, conforme o mandado do Senhor; e estas são as suas jornadas segundo os pontos de partida:
3 And they set forward from Ra’meses in the first month; on the fifteenth day of the first month, on the morrow after the passover–sacrifice the children of Israel went out with a high hand before the eyes of all the Egyptians.
3 Partiram de Ramessés no primeiro mês, no dia quinze do mês; no dia seguinte ao da páscoa saíram os filhos de Israel afoitamente à vista de todos os egípcios,
4 And the Egyptians were burying all the first–born, whom the Lord had smitten among them; and upon their gods also did the Lord execute judgments.
4 enquanto estes enterravam a todos os seus primogênitos, a quem o Senhor havia ferido entre eles, havendo o senhor executado juízos também contra os seus deuses.
5 And the children of Israel removed from Ra’meses, and encamped in Succoth.
5 Partiram, pois, os filhos de Israel de Ramessés, e acamparam-se em Sucote.
6 And they removed from Succoth, and encamped in Etham, which is on the edge of the wilderness:
6 Partiram de Sucote, e acamparam-se em Etã, que está na extremidade do deserto.
7 And they removed from Etham, and returned unto Pi–hachiroth, which is before Ba’al–zephon; and they encamped before Migdol.
7 Partiram de Etã, e voltando a Pi-Hairote, que está defronte de Baal-Zefom, acamparam-se diante de Migdol.
8 And they removed from before Pi–hachiroth, and passed through the midst of the sea into the wilderness; and they went three days’ journey in the wilderness of Etham, and encamped in Marah.
8 Partiram de Pi-Hairote, e passaram pelo meio do mar ao deserto; e andaram caminho de três dias no deserto de Etã, e acamparam-se em Mara.
9 And they removed from Marah, and came unto Elim; and in Elim there were twelve springs of water, and seventy palm–trees; and they encamped there.
9 Partiram de Mara, e vieram a Elim, onde havia doze fontes de água e setenta palmeiras, e acamparam-se ali.
10 And they removed from Elim, and encamped by the Red Sea.
10 Partiram de Elim, e acamparam-se junto ao Mar Vermelho.
11 And they removed from the Red Sea, and encamped in the wilderness of Sin.
11 Partiram do Mar Vermelho, e acamparam-se no deserto de Sim.
12 And they removed from the wilderness of Sin, and encamped in Dophkah.
12 Partiram do deserto de Sim, e acamparam-se em Dofca.
13 And they removed from Dophkah, and encamped in Alush.
13 Partiram de Dofca, e acamparam-se em Alus.
14 And they removed from Alush, and encamped at Rephidim, and there was no water for the people to drink.
14 Partiram de Alus, e acamparam-se em Refidim; porém não havia ali água para o povo beber.
15 And they removed from Rephidim, and encamped in the wilderness of Sinai.
15 Partiram, pois, de Refidim, e acamparam-se no deserto de Sinai.
16 And they removed from the wilderness of Sinai, and encamped in Kibroth–hattaavah.
16 Partiram do deserto de Sinai, e acamparam-se em Quibrote-Hataavá.
17 And they removed from Kibroth–hattaavah, and encamped in Chazeroth.
17 Partiram de Quibrote-Hataavá, e acamparam-se em Hazerote.
18 And they removed from Chazeroth, and encamped in Rithmah.
18 Partiram de Hazerote, e acamparam-se em Ritma.
19 And they removed from Rithmah, and encamped in Rimmon–perez.
19 Partiram de Ritma, e acamparam-se em Rimom-Pérez.
20 And they removed from Rimmon–perez, and encamped in Libnah.
20 Partiram de Rimom-Pérez, e acamparam-se em Libna.
21 And they removed from Libnah, and encamped in Rissah.
21 Partiram de Libna, e acamparam-se em Rissa.
22 And they removed from Rissah, and encamped in Kehelathah.
22 Partiram de Rissa, e acamparam-se em Queelata.
23 And they removed from Kehelathah, and encamped in mount Shapher.
23 Partiram de Queelata, e acamparam-se no monte Sefer.
24 And they removed from mount Shapher, and encamped in Charadah.
24 Partiram do monte Sefer, e acamparam-se em Harada.
25 And they removed from Charadah, and encamped in Makheloth.
25 Partiram de Harada, e acamparam-se em Maquelote.
26 And they removed from Makheloth, and encamped in Tachath.
26 Partiram de Maquelote, e acamparam-se em Taate.
27 And they removed from Tachath, and encamped in Tarach.
27 Partiram de Taate, e acamparam-se em Tera.
28 And they removed from Tarach, and encamped in Mithkah.
28 Partiram de Tera, e acamparam-se em Mitca.
29 And they removed from Mithkah, and encamped in Chashmonah.
29 Partiram de Mitca, e acamparam-se em Hasmona.
30 And they removed from Chashmonah, and encamped in Mosseroth.
30 Partiram de Hasmona, e acamparam-se em Moserote.
31 And they removed from Mosseroth, and encamped in Bene–ya’akan.
31 Partiram de Moserote, e acamparam-se em Bene-Jaacã.
32 And they removed from Bene–ya’akan, and encamped in Chor–hagidgad.
32 Partiram de Bene-Jaacã, e acamparam-se em Hor-Hagidgade.
33 And they removed from Chor–hagidgad, and encamped in Yotbathah.
33 Partiram de Hor-Hagidgade, e acamparam-se em Jotbatá.
34 And they removed from Yotbathah, and encamped in ‘Abronah.
34 Partiram de Jotbatá, e acamparam-se em Abrona.
35 And they removed from ‘Abronah, and encamped at ‘Ezyon–geber.
35 Partiram de Abrona, e acamparam-se em Eziom-Geber.
36 And they removed from ‘Ezyon–geber, and encamped in the wilderness of Zin, which is Kadesh.
36 Partiram de Eziom-Geber, e acamparam-se no deserto de Zim, que é Cades.
37 And they removed from Kadesh, and encamped at mount Hor, in the edge of the land of Edom.
37 Partiram de Cades, e acamparam-se no monte Hor, na fronteira da terra de Edom.
38 And Aaron the priest went up on mount Hor by the order of the Lord, and died there, in the fortieth year after the going out of the children of Israel from the land of Egypt, in the fifth month, on the first of the month.
38 Então Arão, o sacerdote, subiu ao monte Hor, conforme o mandado do Senhor, e ali morreu no quadragésimo ano depois da saída dos filhos de Israel da terra do Egito, no quinto mês, no primeiro dia do mês.
39 And Aaron was a hundred and twenty and three years old when he died on mount Hor.
39 E Arão tinha cento e vinte e três anos de idade, quando morreu no monte Hor.
40 And the Canaanite the king of ‘Arad, who dwelt on the south side in the land of Canaan, heard of the coming of the children of Israel.
40 Ora, o cananeu, rei de Arade, que habitava o sul da terra de Canaã, ouviu que os filhos de Israel chegavam.
41 And they removed from mount Hor, and encamped in Zalmonah.
41 Partiram do monte Hor, e acamparam-se em Zalmona.
42 And they removed from Zalmonah, and encamped in Punon.
42 Partiram de Zalmona, e acamparam-se em Punom.
43 And they removed from Punon, and encamped in Oboth.
43 Partiram de Punom, e acamparam-se em Obote.
44 And they removed from Oboth, and encamped in ‘Iye–ha’abarim, on the border of Moab.
44 Partiram de Obote, e acamparam-se em Ije-Abarim, na fronteira de Moabe.
45 And they removed from Iyim, and encamped in Dibon–gad.
45 Partiram de Ije-Abarim, e acamparam-se em Dibom-Gade.
46 And they removed from Dibon–gad, and encamped in ‘Almon–diblathaymah.
46 Partiram de Dibom-Fade, e acamparam-se em Almom-Diblataim.
47 And they removed from ‘Almon–diblathaymah, and encamped on the mountains of ‘Abarim, before Nebo.
47 Partiram de Almom-Diblataim, e acamparam-se nos montes de Abarim, defronte de Nebo.
48 And they removed from the mountains of ‘Abarim, and encamped in the plains of Moab by the Jordan opposite Jericho.
48 e seu pai. de Moabe, junto ao Jordão, na altura de Jericó;
49 And they encamped by the Jordan, from Beth–hayeshimoth even unto Abel–hashittim in the plains of Moab.
49 isto é, acamparam-se junto ao Jordão, desde Bete-Jesimote até Abel-Sitim, nas planícies de Moabe.
50 And the Lord spoke unto Moses in the plains of Moab by the Jordan opposite Jericho, saying,
50 Também disse o Senhor a Moisés, nas planícies de Moabe, junto ao Jordão, na altura de Jericó:
51 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye pass over the Jordan into the land of Canaan:
51 Fala aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando houverdes passado o Jordão para a terra de Canaã,
52 Then shall ye drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, and ye shall destroy all their statues, and all their molten images shall ye destroy, and devastate all their high places.
52 lançareis fora todos os habitantes da terra de diante de vós, e destruireis todas as suas pedras em que há figuras; também destruireis todas as suas imagens de fundição, e desfareis todos os seus altos;
53 And ye shall drive out the inhabitants of the land, and ye shall dwell therein; for unto you have I given the land to possess it.
53 e tomareis a terra em possessão, e nela habitareis; porquanto a vós vos tenho dado esta terra para a possuirdes.
54 And ye shall divide the land by lot for an inheritance among your families; to the numerous shall ye give the more inheritance, and to the small in number shall ye give the less inheritance: there, where the lot designateth it for him, shall every one’s possessions be; according to the tribes of your fathers shall ye divide it among yourselves.
54 Herdareis a terra por meio de sortes, segundo as vossas famílias: à família que for grande, dareis uma herança maior, e à família que for pequena, dareis uma herança menor; o lugar que por sorte sair para alguém, esse lhe pertencerá; segundo as tribos de vossos pais recebereis as heranças.
55 But if ye will not drive out the inhabitants of the land from before you: then shall it come to pass, that those whom ye will let remain of them shall be as thorns in your eyes, and as stings in your sides, and they shall trouble you in the land wherein ye dwell.
55 Mas se não lançardes fora os habitantes da terra de diante de vós, os que deixardes ficar vos serão como espinhos nos olhos, e como abrolhos nas ilhargas, e vos perturbarão na terra em que habitardes;
56 And it shall come to pass, that as I purposed to do unto them, will I do unto you.
56 e eu vos farei a vós como pensei em fazer-lhes a eles.
