1 Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace of our Lord Jeshu Meshiha.
1 Ayɨnánɨ gɨ́ niaíwɨ́nɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋoxɨ, joxɨ re nɨyaiwinɨrɨŋɨ́pimɨ dánɨ, “Kiraisɨ Jisaso tɨ́nɨ nawínɨ ikárɨnɨŋáonɨ eŋagɨ nánɨ Gorɨxo wá wí mɨnɨwianɨpa yarɨŋɨ́ranɨ?” nɨyaiwinɨrɨŋɨ́pimɨ dánɨ eŋɨ́ sɨxɨ́ eáneɨ.
2 And those (doctrines) which thou hast heard from me by many witnesses, them commit to faithful men, who are also able to teach others.
2 Xwɨyɨ́á nionɨ ámá obaxɨ́ arɨ́á egɨ́e dánɨ rarɨ́ná arɨ́á niŋɨ́pɨ joxɨ enɨ ámá dɨŋɨ́ uŋwɨrárɨpaxɨ́ imónɨgɨ́áyo áwaŋɨ́ nurɨrɨ ɨ́ánɨŋɨ́ wiepɨ́xɨ́niasíɨrɨxɨnɨ. Ayɨ́ e dánɨ xamɨŋɨ́ wíyo uréwapɨyipaxɨ́ imónɨpɨ́rɨ́a nánɨ rɨrarɨŋɨnɨ.
3 And endure evils as a good soldier of Jeshu Meshiha.
3 Ewayɨ́ xwɨyɨ́á bɨ rɨpɨ nánɨ dɨŋɨ́ moɨ. Sɨmɨŋɨ́ wínarɨgɨ́áyɨ́ wamɨ wímeanɨ́pɨ nánɨ ududɨ́ mirɨnɨpa nero wigɨ́ mɨxɨ́ ináyomɨ eŋɨ́ neánɨro númɨ uxɨ́darɨgɨ́áwa yapɨ joxɨ enɨ axɨ́pɨ e nimónɨrɨ Kiraisɨ Jisasomɨ nɨxɨ́dɨrɨ́ná símeanɨ́ápɨ nánɨ ududɨ́ mirɨnɨpa nerɨ xe onímeanɨrɨ xɨ́dɨ́ɨrɨxɨnɨ.
4 No man serveth as a soldier, and entangleth himself with the affairs of the world, that he might please him who hath chosen him.
4 Sɨmɨŋɨ́ wínarɨgɨ́áwa sɨmɨŋɨ́ wínarɨŋwáo none yarɨŋwápɨ nánɨ yayɨ́ owinɨnɨrɨ pí pí omɨŋɨ́ ámá sɨ́á ayɨ́ ayo yarɨgɨ́ápɨ xe nawínɨ rɨ́gwɨrɨ́gwɨ́nɨŋɨ́ oeánɨnɨrɨ mé ná bɨnɨ xɨ́o wimónarɨŋɨ́pɨnɨ yarɨgɨ́árɨnɨ.
5 And if one contendeth, he is not crowned, unless according to his law he contend.
5 Ewayɨ́ xwɨyɨ́á rɨpɨ nánɨ enɨ dɨŋɨ́ moɨ. Yamɨyamúrónɨgɨ́ inarɨgɨ́á go go yamɨyamúrónɨgɨ́ inɨpɨ́rɨ nánɨ xiáwo rárɨ́ɨ́pimɨ xɨxenɨ arɨ́á mɨwí anɨŋɨ́ winɨ́agɨ nánɨ maŋɨ́ nɨwiaíkirɨ xegɨ́ dɨŋɨ́ tɨ́nɨ áwɨnɨ e nɨyaimɨ nɨyapɨrɨ́náyɨ́, yayɨ́ nɨwimorɨ yamɨyamúrónɨgɨ́ ninɨrɨ́ná múróomɨ mɨnɨ winɨ́pɨ wipaxɨ́ menɨnɨ.
6 It becometh the husbandman who laboureth that he should first eat of his fruits.
6 Ewayɨ́ xwɨyɨ́á rɨpɨ nánɨ enɨ dɨŋɨ́ moɨ. Ámá nɨrɨ́kwínɨrɨ omɨseáyɨ́ éo, o xámɨ wɨ́wamɨ nɨmúrorɨ aiwá nɨmirɨ nɨpaxorɨnɨ.
7 Understand what I say to thee. Our Lord give thee wisdom in all things.
7 Ewayɨ́ xwɨyɨ́á nionɨ nɨra weaparɨŋáyɨ́ nánɨ dɨŋɨ́ moɨ. Joxɨ e nerɨ́ná Ámɨnáo simɨxɨŋɨ́pimɨ dánɨ re yaiwipaxɨ́rɨnɨ, “Ayɨ́ apɨ nánɨ rɨ́a rɨnɨnɨ? Apɨ nánɨ rɨ́a rɨnɨnɨ?” yaiwipaxɨ́ eŋagɨ nánɨ “Apɨ nánɨ dɨŋɨ́ moɨ.” rɨrarɨŋɨnɨ.
8 Remember Jeshu Meshiha, that he arose from among the dead, he who is of the seed of David, according to my gospel;
8 Joxɨ Jisasɨ Kiraiso nánɨ arɨ́á wí mikeamopanɨ. Nionɨ xwɨyɨ́á yayɨ́ neainarɨŋɨ́pɨ wáɨ́ nɨrɨrɨ́ná re rarɨŋápa “O nɨpémáná ámɨ xwárɨ́páyo dánɨ wiápɨ́nɨmeaŋorɨnɨ. Negɨ́ arɨ́o mɨxɨ́ ináyɨ́ Depitoyá ɨwiárɨ́awéyɨ́ worɨnɨ.” E rarɨŋápa o xɨxenɨ apɨ e imónɨŋorɨnɨ.
9 for which I endure evils unto bonds, as an evil-doer: but the word of Aloha is not bound.
9 Nionɨ xwɨyɨ́á apɨ wáɨ́ urarɨŋagɨ nánɨ “O nɨpɨkwɨnɨ mɨyarɨnɨnɨ.” nɨniaiwiro xeanɨŋɨ́ nɨnikárayiro ámá rɨkɨkɨrɨ́ó yarɨgɨ́áyo gwɨ́ ŋwɨrárarɨgɨ́ápa apɨ enɨ apɨ enɨ nigɨ́árɨnɨ. Nionɨ gwɨ́ nɨŋwɨrárɨgɨ́á aiwɨ xwɨyɨ́á Gorɨxoyápɨ enɨ gwɨ́nɨŋɨ́ mɨŋwɨrárɨnɨnɨ.
10 Therefore I endure every thing on account of the elect, that they also may find salvation in Jeshu Meshiha, with the glory that is eternal.
10 Xwɨyɨ́á Gorɨxoyápɨ enɨ gwɨ́nɨŋɨ́ mɨŋwɨrárɨnɨŋagɨ nánɨ nionɨ ámá Gorɨxo xegɨ́ ɨ́á yɨyamɨxɨmɨ́ eŋɨ́yɨ́ nánɨ dɨŋɨ́ nɨmorɨ nionɨ nikárarɨgɨ́ápɨ nɨpimɨnɨ xwámámɨ́ wiarɨŋárɨnɨ. Ámá ayɨ́ Kiraisɨ Jisasomɨ dɨŋɨ́ wɨkwɨ́róáná o tɨ́nɨ nawínɨ nikárɨnɨrɨŋɨ́pimɨ dánɨ yeáyɨ́ uyimɨxemearɨ aŋɨ́namɨ xɨ́o tɨ́nɨ anɨŋɨ́ seáyɨ e nimónɨro ŋweapɨ́rɨ́a nánɨ wimɨxɨrɨ éwɨnɨgɨnɨrɨ e yarɨŋárɨnɨ.
11 Faithful is the word: For if we be dead with him, With him also we shall live;
11 Xwɨyɨ́á re rɨnɨŋɨ́pɨ nene dɨŋɨ́ ŋwɨrárɨpaxɨ́pɨrɨnɨ, “O tɨ́nɨ nikárɨnɨrɨŋɨ́pimɨ dánɨ peŋwaénénɨŋɨ́ eŋánáyɨ́, dɨŋɨ́ nɨyɨmɨŋɨ́ enɨ tɨ́ŋwaéne nimónɨrɨ o tɨ́nɨ ŋweanɨ́wárɨnɨ.
12 And if we endure, We shall also reign with him; But, if we deny him, He also will deny us!
12 Nene pí pí neaímeáɨ́yo xwámámɨ́ nɨwiranénáyɨ́, wíyo enɨ seáyɨ e nɨwimónɨrane xɨ́o tɨ́nɨ nawínɨ umeŋweanɨ́wárɨnɨ. Nene ‘O negɨ́ Ámɨnáomanɨ.’ nɨrɨranénáyɨ́, xɨ́o nene nánɨ enɨ ‘Ayɨ́ nánɨ nionɨ majɨ́árɨnɨ. Gɨ́ ámá wímanɨ.’ rɨnɨ́árɨnɨ.
13 And if we believe him not, He in his faithfulness abideth; For deny himself he cannot.
13 Nene íníná dɨŋɨ́ neaŋwɨrárɨpaxɨ́pɨ mepa yarɨŋagwɨ aiwɨ o sa anɨŋɨ́ dɨŋɨ́ uŋwɨrárɨpaxɨ́pɨ yarɨŋorɨnɨ. Ámɨ sɨŋɨ́ bɨ nimɨxɨrɨ rɨpaxɨ́ mimónɨŋo eŋagɨ nánɨrɨnɨ.” Xwɨyɨ́á e rɨnɨŋɨ́pɨ nene dɨŋɨ́ ŋwɨrárɨpaxɨ́pɨrɨnɨ.
14 Of these (truths) remind them, and testify before our Lord, that they contend not with unprofitable words, to the overturning of those who hear them.
14 Xwɨyɨ́á nionɨ rɨrarɨŋápɨ ámá joxɨ tɨ́ŋɨ́ e ŋweagɨ́áyo dirɨrɨ́ wíɨrɨxɨnɨ. E nerɨ́ná Gorɨxo sɨŋwɨ́ anɨŋe dánɨ joxɨ rɨperɨrɨ́ xwɨyɨ́ánɨŋɨ́ bɨ mɨrɨ́ aga nepa sekaxɨ́ re urɨ́ɨrɨxɨnɨ, “Xwɨyɨ́á nánɨ xɨmɨxɨmɨ́ ninɨro mɨrɨnɨpa époyɨ.” urɨ́ɨrɨxɨnɨ. Xɨmɨxɨmɨ́ ninɨro rɨnarɨgɨ́ápɨ ámá wíyo naŋɨ́ bɨ wiiarɨŋɨ́manɨ. Arɨ́á wiarɨgɨ́áyo xwɨrɨ́á wikɨxearɨŋɨ́ eŋagɨ nánɨ rarɨŋɨnɨ.
15 And be careful to establish thyself perfectly before Aloha, a workman without shame, preaching rightly the word of truth.
15 Gorɨxo “Timotio mɨmɨwiároarɨŋɨ́ wo rɨ́a imónɨnɨ?” osiaiwinɨrɨ anɨŋɨ́ minɨ́ éɨrɨxɨnɨ. Xwɨyɨ́á nepaxɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pɨ xegɨ́ rɨnɨŋɨ́pa nɨreŋwɨpéa nurɨ urɨ́ɨrɨxɨnɨ. E nerɨ re éɨrɨxɨnɨ. Ámá wigɨ́ omɨŋɨ́ nerɨ́ná naŋɨ́ éɨ́á eŋagɨ nánɨ “Ámá omɨŋɨ́ nionɨ éápɨ sɨŋwɨ́ nɨwɨnɨrɨ́náyɨ́, ayá ninɨpaxɨ́manɨ.” yaiwiarɨgɨ́áyɨ́ yarɨgɨ́ápa axɨ́pɨ éɨrɨxɨnɨ.
16 From vain words which have no utility in them withdraw; for they add greatly to the wickedness of those who are occupied with them.
16 Xwɨyɨ́á ámá Gorɨxomɨ mɨxɨ́dɨpa nerɨ́ná rɨro íkɨ́á ɨwɨ́yo dánɨ rɨro yarɨgɨ́ápɨ gɨ́ tɨ́ŋɨ́ e dánɨ orɨ́poyɨnɨrɨ sɨŋwɨ́ mɨwɨnɨpa éɨrɨxɨnɨ. Ayɨ́ rɨpɨ nánɨ rarɨŋɨnɨ. Xwɨyɨ́á íkɨ́á ɨwɨ́yo dánɨ rarɨgɨ́ápɨ, ayɨ́ Gorɨxomɨ mɨxɨ́dɨpa epɨ́rɨ́a nánɨ ná jɨ́e xɨxoyɨ́piɨ́ mɨ́oarɨŋɨ́rɨnɨ.
17 And their words as an eating cancer will lay hold upon many: but one of them is Hymeneos, and another Philetos,
17 Ámá ayɨ́ wigɨ́ pɨ́né e rarɨgɨ́ápɨ oremánɨŋɨ́ xwé nimóga unɨ́á eŋagɨ nánɨ rarɨŋɨnɨ. Ámá e rarɨgɨ́áyɨ́ wigɨ́ waú Xaimeniaso tɨ́nɨ Pairitaso tɨ́nɨ awaúrɨnɨ.
18 who have erred from the truth, saying, that the resurrection of the dead hath been, and the faith of some overturning.
18 Awaú xwɨyɨ́á nepaxɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pɨ pɨ́nɨ nɨwiárɨri majɨmajɨ́á néra xeŋwɨ́mɨ nuríná re rarɨgɨ́íwaúrɨnɨ, “Kiraisomɨ dɨŋɨ́ wɨkwɨ́rówaéne negɨ́ dɨŋɨ́ sɨŋɨ́ neaimɨxɨ́ɨ́pimɨ dánɨ rɨxa wiápɨ́nɨmeáwá eŋagɨ nánɨ nɨpémáná negɨ́ warápɨ ámɨ rɨ́wéná bɨ wiápɨ́nɨmeanɨ́ámanɨ.” rarɨŋagɨ́i nánɨ ámá dɨŋɨ́ wɨkwɨ́rogɨ́á wí mɨdɨmɨdánɨ ayagwɨ́ imɨxárɨnɨ́árɨnɨ.
19 But the true foundation of Aloha standeth; and it hath this signature: And the Lord knoweth them who are his. And, Let every one who invoketh the name of the Lord depart from iniquity.
19 Wí mɨdɨmɨdánɨ ayagwɨ́ imɨxárɨnɨ́á eŋagɨ aiwɨ xwɨyɨ́á Gorɨxoyápɨ sɨ́ŋánɨŋɨ́ eaárɨnɨnɨ. Xwɨyɨ́á oyápɨ sɨ́ŋá aŋɨ́ nɨmɨrɨróná sɨ́ŋá iwamɨ́ó nɨtɨwayɨrorɨ tɨ́gɨ́ápɨ wí mɨkwierómioá xaíwɨ́ sɨ́ŋánɨŋɨ́ eánɨŋɨ́pɨ yapɨ imónɨnɨ. Sɨ́ŋánɨŋɨ́ eánɨŋɨ́pimɨ rɨ́wamɨŋɨ́ rɨpiaú nɨrɨnɨrɨ eánɨnɨ, “Ámá xɨ́oyá imónɨgɨ́áyɨ́ ayɨ́ Ámɨnáo o nɨjɨ́árɨnɨ.” rɨnɨrɨ “ ‘O gɨ́ Ámɨnáorɨnɨ.’ rarɨgɨ́á gɨyɨ́ gɨyɨ́ wigɨ́ sɨpí yarɨgɨ́ápɨ rɨ́wɨ́mɨnɨ umamóɨ́rɨxɨnɨ.” rɨnɨrɨ eŋɨ́piaú apimɨ nɨrɨnɨrɨ eánɨnɨ.
20 But in a great house there are not vessels of gold only or of silver, but also of wood, also of clay: of them (some are) to honour, and of them (some) to dishonour.
20 Aŋɨ́ xwé wiwámɨ sɨxɨ́ xɨxegɨ́nɨ wenɨ. Sɨxɨ́ awiaxɨ́ sɨ́ŋá gorɨ́ tɨ́nɨranɨ, sɨ́ŋá sirɨpá tɨ́nɨranɨ, imɨxɨnɨŋɨ́pɨnɨ mɨwenɨnɨ. Úrapí sɨxɨ́ íkɨ́á tɨ́nɨranɨ, xwɨ́á tɨ́nɨranɨ, imɨxɨnɨŋɨ́pɨ enɨ wí wenɨ. Wínɨyɨ́ ayá tɨ́nɨ mearɨgɨ́ápɨrɨnɨ. Wínɨyɨ́ ayá tɨ́nɨ mɨmearɨgɨ́ápɨrɨnɨ.
21 If a man then purify himself from these, he will be a pure vessel unto honour, fitted for the use of his Lord, and prepared for every good work.
21 Ayɨnánɨ ámá gɨyɨ́ gɨyɨ́ sɨpí apɨ nɨpɨnɨ nánɨ igɨ́ánɨŋɨ́ eánɨgɨ́áyɨ́, ayɨ́ ámá Gorɨxomɨ seáyɨ́ naŋɨ́ wiipaxɨ́yɨ́rɨnɨ. Sɨxɨ́ ayá tɨ́nɨ mearɨgɨ́áwánɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋoɨ. Xɨ́o “Awá tɨ́nɨ e éɨmɨgɨnɨ.” wimónarɨŋɨ́pɨ nánɨ rárɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́wánɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋoɨ. Sɨxɨ́ rɨxa dɨŋɨ́ peyeaŋɨ́wá yapɨ mimónɨ́ aŋɨ́ xiáwo sɨnɨ awá tɨ́nɨ aiwá rɨ́á yeaanɨpaxɨ́ imónɨŋwá yapɨ imónɨŋoɨ. Sɨxɨ́ pí pí naŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pɨ nerɨ́ná meámɨ́ánɨrɨ wí e píránɨŋɨ́ nimɨxɨnɨro weŋɨ́wá yapɨ imónɨŋoɨ.
22 From all the lusts of youth escape; and pursue after righteousness, and faith, and charity, and peace, with them who call upon the Lord with a pure heart.
22 Ayɨnánɨ íwɨ́ sɨkɨŋoyɨ́né ɨ́eapá seainɨ́ɨ́pɨ pɨ́rɨ́ nɨwiaíkiárɨmɨ éɨ́ úɨrɨxɨnɨ. “Wé rónɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pimɨnɨ oiponɨmɨnɨ.” yaiwirɨ “Xwɨyɨ́á nepaxɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pimɨ dɨŋɨ́ nɨkwɨ́róa oumɨnɨ.” yaiwirɨ “Ámáyo dɨŋɨ́ sɨpí owimɨnɨ.” yaiwirɨ “Ámá tɨ́nɨ pɨyɨ́á owɨ́rɨnaneyɨ.” yaiwirɨ nerɨ ámá íkwɨráɨ́nánɨŋɨ́ imónɨgɨ́ápimɨ dánɨ Ámɨnáo arɨrá oneainɨrɨ urarɨgɨ́áyɨ́ tɨ́nɨ nawínɨ xɨxenɨ e éɨ́rɨxɨnɨ.
23 From foolish controversies which are without instruction withdraw; for thou knowest that they beget strifes.
23 E nerɨ aí xwɨyɨ́á majɨmajɨ́á nikárɨnɨro dɨŋɨ́ rɨ́á nɨxeyánɨmáná ikweakwɨ́mɨ́ rɨnarɨgɨ́ápɨ bɨ xe onɨxɨ́meanɨnɨrɨ sɨŋwɨ́ mɨwɨnɨpa éɨrɨxɨnɨ. Joxɨ nɨjɨ́árɨnɨ. Xwɨyɨ́á apɨ nɨrɨnɨróná sa xɨmɨxɨmɨ́nɨ ninɨro rɨnarɨgɨ́á eŋagɨ nánɨ rarɨŋɨnɨ.
24 But a servant of the Lord oweth not to strive, but to be gentle towards every man, and teaching, and long-suffering,
24 Ámɨnáoyá xɨnáínɨŋɨ́ nimónɨrɨ omɨŋɨ́ wiiarɨgɨ́á gɨyɨ́ gɨyɨ́ xwɨyɨ́á xɨmɨxɨmɨ́ ninɨro mɨrɨpa éɨ́rɨxɨnɨ. E mepa nero ámá nɨ́nɨ nánɨ wá wumɨxɨro píránɨŋɨ́ uréwapɨyipaxɨ́ imónɨro “Sɨpí ámá ayɨ́ nikárɨ́ápɨ ananɨrɨnɨ.” yaiwiro éɨ́rɨxɨnɨ.
25 that he may instruct them who would contend against him with meekness, if by any means Aloha may give them conversion, and they may acknowledge the truth,
25 Uréwapɨyarɨ́ná maŋɨ́ pɨ́rɨ́ wiaíkímɨ́ yarɨgɨ́áyo awayinɨ xwɨyɨ́á nurɨro píránɨŋɨ́ wé uroanɨro éɨ́rɨxɨnɨ. Ayɨ́ “Xwɨyɨ́á nepaxɨŋɨ́ imónɨŋɨ́pɨ, ayɨ́ apɨrɨ́anɨ?” nɨyaiwiro xɨxenɨ e waropárɨ́ epɨ́rɨ́a nánɨ xámɨ imónɨgɨ́ápɨ Gorɨxoyá dɨŋɨ́ tɨ́nɨ rɨ́wɨ́mɨnɨ mamóɨ́rɨxɨnɨrɨ awayinɨ xwɨyɨ́á nurɨro píránɨŋɨ́ wé uróɨ́rɨxɨnɨ.
26 and be mindful of themselves, and remove from the snare of Satana, by whom they have been entrapped at his will.
26 Ámá ayɨ́ ámɨ dɨŋɨ́ ɨ́á nɨxɨrɨro awí obo —O xɨ́o wimónarɨŋɨ́pɨ oépoyɨnɨrɨ yapɨ́ wíwapɨyiŋorɨnɨ. O awí ŋweaŋɨ́ maŋɨ́ umónɨ́ápimɨ dánɨ ayɨ́ nurakínárɨmɨ úɨ́rɨxɨnɨrɨ awayinɨ xwɨyɨ́á nurɨro píránɨŋɨ́ wé uróɨ́rɨxɨnɨ.
