1 And so after the plague, the Lord spake vnto Moses, and to Eleazar the sonne of Aaron the Priest, saying,
1 Passada a praga, falou o Senhor a Moisés e a Eleazar, filho de Arão, o sacerdote, dizendo:
2 Take the nomber of all the Congregation of the children of Israel from twentie yeere olde and aboue throughout their fathers houses, all that go forth to warre in Israel.
2 Levantai o censo de toda a congregação dos filhos de Israel, da idade de vinte anos para cima, segundo as casas de seus pais, todo que, em Israel, for capaz de sair à guerra.
3 So Moses and Eleazar the Priest spake vnto them in the plaine of Moab, by Iorden towarde Iericho, saying,
3 Moisés e Eleazar, o sacerdote, pois, nas campinas de Moabe, ao pé do Jordão, na altura de Jericó, falaram aos cabeças de Israel, dizendo:
4 From twentie yeere olde and aboue ye shall nomber the people, as the Lord had commanded Moses, and the childre of Israel, when they came out of the land of Egypt.
4 Contai o povo da idade de vinte anos para cima, como o Senhor ordenara a Moisés e aos filhos de Israel que saíram do Egito:
5 Reuben the first borne of Israel: the children of Reube were: Hanoch, of whom came the familie of the Hanochites, and of Pallu the familie of the Palluites:
5 Rúben, o primogênito de Israel; os filhos de Rúben: de Enoque, a família dos enoquitas; de Palu, a família dos paluítas;
6 Of Hesron, the familie of the Hesronites: of Carmi, the familie of the Carmites.
6 de Hezrom, a família dos hezronitas; de Carmi, a família dos carmitas.
7 These are the families of the Reubenites: and they were in nomber three and fourtie thousand, seuen hundreth and thirtie.
7 São estas as famílias dos rubenitas; os que foram deles contados foram quarenta e três mil e setecentos e trinta.
8 And the sonnes of Pallu, Eliab:
8 O filho de Palu: Eliabe.
9 And the sonnes of Eliab, Nemuel, and Dathan, and Abiram: this Dathan and Abiram were famous in the Congregation, and stroue against Moses and against Aaron in the assemblie of Korah, when they stroue against the Lord.
9 Os filhos de Eliabe: Nemuel, Datã e Abirão; estes, Datã e Abirão, são os que foram eleitos pela congregação, os quais moveram a contenda contra Moisés e contra Arão, no grupo de Corá, quando moveram a contenda contra o Senhor ;
10 And the earth opened her mouth, and swalowed them vp with Korah, when the Congregation died, what time the fire consumed, two hundreth and fiftie men, who were for a signe.
10 quando a terra abriu a boca e os tragou com Corá, morrendo aquele grupo; quando o fogo consumiu duzentos e cinquenta homens, e isso serviu de advertência.
11 Notwithstanding, all the sonnes of Korah dyed not.
11 Mas os filhos de Corá não morreram.
12 And the children of Simeon after their families were: Nemuel, of whom came the familie of the Nemuelites: of Iamin, the familie of the Iaminites: of Iachin, the familie of the Iachinites:
12 Os filhos de Simeão, segundo as suas famílias: de Nemuel, a família dos nemuelitas; de Jamim, a família dos jaminitas; de Jaquim, a família dos jaquinitas;
13 Of Zerah, the familie of the Zarhites: of Shaul, the familie of the Shaulites.
13 de Zera, a família dos zeraítas; de Saul, a família dos saulitas.
14 These are the families of the Simeonites: two and twentie thousand and two hundreth.
14 São estas as famílias dos simeonitas, num total de vinte e dois mil e duzentos.
15 The sonnes of Gad after their families were: Zephon, of whome came ye familie of the Zephonites: of Haggi, the familie of the Haggites: of Shuni, the familie of the Shunites:
15 Os filhos de Gade, segundo as suas famílias: de Zefom, a família dos zefonitas; de Hagi, a família dos hagitas; de Suni, a família dos sunitas;
16 Of Ozni, the familie of the Oznites: of Eri, the familie of the Erites:
16 de Ozni, a família dos oznitas; de Eri, a família dos eritas;
17 Of Arod, the familie of the Arodites: of Areli, the familie of the Arelites.

19 The sonnes of Iudah, Er and Onan: but Er and Onan died in the land of Canaan.
19 Os filhos de Judá: Er e Onã; mas Er e Onã morreram na terra de Canaã.
20 So were the sonnes of Iudah after their families: of Shelah came the familie of ye Shelanites: of Pharez, the familie of the Pharzites, of Zerah, the familie of the Zarhites.
20 Assim, os filhos de Judá foram, segundo as suas famílias: de Selá, a família dos selaítas; de Perez, a família dos perezitas; de Zera, a família dos zeraítas.
21 And the sonnes of Pharez were: of Hesron, the familie of the Hesronites: of Hamul, the familie of the Hamulites.
21 Os filhos de Perez foram: de Hezrom, a família dos hezronitas; de Hamul, a família dos hamulitas.
22 These are the families of Iudah, after their nombers, seuentie and sixe thousande and fiue hundreth.
22 São estas as famílias de Judá, segundo os que foram deles contados, num total de setenta e seis mil e quinhentos.
23 The sonnes of Issachar, after their families were: Tola, of whom came the familie of the Tolaites: of Pua, the familie of the Punites:
23 Os filhos de Issacar, segundo as suas famílias, foram: de Tola, a família dos tolaítas; de Puva, a família dos puvitas;
24 Of Iashub the familie of the Iashubites: of Shimron, the familie of the Shimronites.
24 de Jasube, a família dos jasubitas; de Sinrom, a família dos sinronitas.
25 These are the families of Issachar, after their nombers, threescore and foure thousand and three hundreth.
25 São estas as famílias de Issacar, segundo os que foram deles contados, num total de sessenta e quatro mil e trezentos.
26 The sonnes of Zebulun, after their families were: of Sered, the familie of the Sardites: of Elon, the familie of the Elonites: of Iahleel, the familie of the Iahleelites.
26 Os filhos de Zebulom, segundo as suas famílias, foram: de Serede, a família dos sereditas; de Elom, a família dos elonitas, de Jaleel, a família dos jaleelitas.
27 These are the families of the Zebulunites, after their nombers, three score thousande and fiue hundreth.

28 The sonnes of Ioseph, after their families were Manasseh and Ephraim.
28 Os filhos de José, segundo as suas famílias, foram Manassés e Efraim.
29 The sonnes of Manasseh were: of Machir, the familie of the Machirites: and Machir begate Gilead: of Gilead came the familie of the Gileadites.

33 And Zelophehad the sonne of Hepher had no sonnes, but daughters: and the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah.
33 Porém Zelofeade, filho de Héfer, não tinha filhos, senão filhas; os nomes das filhas de Zelofeade foram: Macla, Noa, Hogla, Milca e Tirza.
34 These are the families of Manasseh, and the nomber of them, two and fiftie thousand and seuen hundreth.
34 São estas as famílias de Manassés; os que foram deles contados foram cinquenta e dois mil e setecentos.
35 These are the sonnes of Ephraim after their families: of Shuthelah came the familie of the Shuthalhites: of Becher, the familie of the Bachrites: of Tahan, the familie of the Tahanites.
35 São estes os filhos de Efraim, segundo as suas famílias: de Sutela, a família dos sutelaítas; de Bequer, a família dos bequeritas; de Taã, a família dos taanitas.
36 And these are the sonnes of Shuthelah: of Eran the familie of the Eranites.
36 De Erã, filho de Sutela: de Erã, a família dos eranitas.
37 These are the families of the sonnes of Ephraim after their nombers, two and thirtie thousand and fiue hundreth. these are the sonnes of Ioseph after their families.
37 São estas as famílias dos filhos de Efraim, segundo os que foram deles contados, num total de trinta e dois mil e quinhentos. São estes os filhos de José, segundo as suas famílias.
38 These are the sonnes of Beniamin after their families: of Bela came the familie of the Belaites: of Ashbel, the familie of the Ashbelites: of Ahiram, the familie of the Ahiramites:
38 Os filhos de Benjamim, segundo as suas famílias: de Belá, a família dos belaítas; de Asbel, a família dos asbelitas; de Airão, a família dos airamitas;
39 Of Shupham, the familie of the Suphamites: of Hupham, the familie of the Huphamites.

40 And the sonnes of Bela were Ard and Naaman: of Ard came the familie of the Ardites, of Naaman, the familie of the Naamites.

41 These are the sonnes of Beniamin after their families, and their nombers, fiue and fourtie thousand and sixe hundreth.

42 These are the sonnes of Dan after their families: of Shuham came the familie of the Shuhamites: these are the families of Dan after their housholdes.

43 All the families of the Shuhamites were after their nombers, threescore and foure thousand, and foure hundreth.

44 The sonnes of Asher after their families were: of Iimnah, the familie of the Iimnites: of Isui, the familie of the Isuites: of Beriah, the familie of the Berijtes.

45 The sonnes of Beriah were, of Heber the familie of the Heberites: of Malchiel, the familie of the Malchielites.

46 And the name of the daughter of Asher was Sarah.
46 O nome da filha de Aser foi Sera.
47 These are the families of the sonnes of Asher after their nombers, three and fifty thousand and foure hundreth.
47 São estas as famílias dos filhos de Aser, segundo os que foram deles contados, num total de cinquenta e três mil e quatrocentos.
48 The sonnes of Naphtali, after their families were: of Iahzeel, the families of the Iahzeelites: of Guni, the familie of the Gunites.
48 Os filhos de Naftali, segundo as suas famílias: de Jazeel, a família dos jazeelitas; de Guni, a família dos gunitas;
49 Of Iezer, the familie of the Izrites: of Shillem, the familie of the Shillemites.

50 These are the families of Naphtali according to their housholdes, and their nomber, fiue and fourtie thousande and foure hundreth.
50 São estas as famílias de Naftali, segundo as suas famílias; os que foram deles contados, foram quarenta e cinco mil e quatrocentos.
51 These are the nombers of the children of Israel: sixe hundreth and one thousand, seuen hundreth and thirtie.
51 São estes os contados dos filhos de Israel: seiscentos e um mil setecentos e trinta.
52 And the Lord spake vnto Moses, saying,
52 Disse o Senhor a Moisés:
53 Vnto these the land shalbe deuided for an inheritance, according to the nomber of names.
53 A estes se repartirá a terra em herança, segundo o censo.
54 To many thou shalt giue the more inheritance, and to fewe thou shalt giue lesse inheritance: to euery one according to his nomber shalbe giuen his inheritance.
54 À tribo mais numerosa darás herança maior, à pequena, herança menor; a cada uma, em proporção ao seu número, se dará a herança.
55 Notwithstanding, the land shalbe deuided by lot: according to the names of the tribes of their fathers they shall inherite:
55 Todavia, a terra se repartirá por sortes; segundo os nomes das tribos de seus pais, a herdarão.
56 According to the lot shall the possession thereof be deuided betweene many and fewe.
56 Segundo a sorte, repartir-se-á a herança deles entre as tribos maiores e menores.
57 These also are the nobers of ye Leuites, after their families: of Gershon came ye familie of the Gershonites: of Kohath, ye familie of the Kohathites: of Merari, the familie of the Merarites.
57 São estes os que foram contados dos levitas, segundo as suas famílias: de Gérson, a família dos gersonitas; de Coate, a família dos coatitas; de Merari, a família dos meraritas.
58 These are the families of Leui, the familie of the Libnites: the familie of the Hebronites: the familie of the Mahlites: the familie of the Mushites: the familie of the Korhites: and Kohath begate Amram.
58 São estas as famílias de Levi: a família dos libnitas, a família dos hebronitas, a família dos malitas, a família dos musitas, a família dos coraítas. Coate gerou a Anrão.
59 And Amrams wife was called Iochebed the daughter of Leui, which was borne vnto Leui in Egypt: and she bare vnto Amram Aaron, and Moses, and Miriam their sister.
59 A mulher de Anrão chamava-se Joquebede, filha de Levi, a qual lhe nasceu no Egito; teve ela, de Anrão, a Arão, e a Moisés, e a Miriã, irmã deles.
60 And vnto Aaron were borne Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar.
60 A Arão nasceram Nadabe, Abiú, Eleazar e Itamar.
61 And Nadab and Abihu dyed, because they offred strange fire before the Lord.
61 Nadabe e Abiú morreram quando levaram fogo estranho perante o Senhor .
62 And their nombers were three and twentie thousand, all males from a moneth old and aboue: for they were not nombred among the children of Israel, because there was none inheritance giuen them among the children of Israel.
62 Os que foram deles contados foram vinte e três mil, todo homem da idade de um mês para cima; porque estes não foram contados entre os filhos de Israel, porquanto lhes não foi dada herança com os outros.
63 These are the nombers of Moses and Eleazar the Priest which nombred the children of Israel in the plaine of Moab, neere Iorden, towarde Iericho.
63 São estes os que foram contados por Moisés e o sacerdote Eleazar, que contaram os filhos de Israel nas campinas de Moabe, ao pé do Jordão, na altura de Jericó.
64 And among these there was not a man of them, whome Moses and Aaron the Priest nobred, when they tolde the children of Israel in the wildernes of Sinai.
64 Entre estes, porém, nenhum houve dos que foram contados por Moisés e pelo sacerdote Arão, quando levantaram o censo dos filhos de Israel no deserto do Sinai.
65 For the Lord said of them, They shall die in the wildernes: so there was not left a man of them, saue Caleb the sonne of Iephunneh, and Ioshua the sonne of Nun.
65 Porque o Senhor dissera deles que morreriam no deserto; e nenhum deles ficou, senão Calebe, filho de Jefoné, e Josué, filho de Num.
