3 A|strong="G2192" good|strong="G3756" action|strong="G2041" has|strong="G2192" nothing|strong="G3756" to|strong="G2532" fear|strong="G5401" from|strong="G1537" rulers; a|strong="G2192" bad|strong="G2556" action|strong="G2041" has|strong="G2192". 5 You|strong="G2532" are|strong="G3588" bound, therefore|strong="G1352", to|strong="G2532" obey, not|strong="G3756" only|strong="G3440" through|strong="G1223" fear of|strong="G1223" God|strong="G2532"’s punishments, but|strong="G2532" also|strong="G2532" as|strong="G2532" a|strong="G2532" matter of|strong="G1223" conscience|strong="G4893".
