Provérbios 7

ENGGW

My son,

Obey my commands so that you may live.

Tie them on your fingers.

Say to wisdom, “You are my sister.”

in order to guard yourself from an adulterous woman,

I was looking at gullible people

He was crossing a street near her corner

in the twilight,

A woman with an ulterior motive meets him.

She is loud and rebellious.

One moment she is out on the street,

She grabs him and kisses him and brazenly says to him,

“I have some sacrificial meat.

That’s why I came to meet you.

I’ve made my bed,

I’ve sprinkled my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon.

Come, let’s drink our fill of love until morning.

because my husband’s not home.

He took lots of money with him.

With all her seductive charms, she persuades him.

He immediately follows her

until an arrow pierces his heart,

Now, sons,

Do not let your heart be turned to her ways.

because she has brought down many victims,

Her home is the way to hell
