2 And|strong="H3068" it|strong="H3588" shall|strong="H3068" come|strong="H1961" to|strong="H3318" pass|strong="H1961", when|strong="H3588" they|strong="H3588" say unto|strong="H3068" thee, Whither shall|strong="H3068" we|strong="H3068" go|strong="H3318" forth|strong="H3318"? then|strong="H1961" thou|strong="H1961" shalt tell them|strong="H3318", Thus|strong="H3541" saith Jehovah|strong="H3068": Such|strong="H3541" as|strong="H1961" are|strong="H3068" for|strong="H3588" death|strong="H4194", to|strong="H3318" death|strong="H4194"; and|strong="H3068" such|strong="H3541" as|strong="H1961" are|strong="H3068" for|strong="H3588" the|strong="H3588" sword|strong="H2719", to|strong="H3318" the|strong="H3588" sword|strong="H2719"; and|strong="H3068" such|strong="H3541" as|strong="H1961" are|strong="H3068" for|strong="H3588" the|strong="H3588" famine|strong="H7458", to|strong="H3318" the|strong="H3588" famine|strong="H7458"; and|strong="H3068" such|strong="H3541" as|strong="H1961" are|strong="H3068" for|strong="H3588" captivity|strong="H7628", to|strong="H3318" captivity|strong="H7628".
3 And|strong="H3068" I|strong="H5921" will|strong="H3068" appoint|strong="H6485" over|strong="H5921" them|strong="H5921" four kinds|strong="H4940", saith|strong="H5002" Jehovah|strong="H3068": the|strong="H5002" sword|strong="H2719" to|strong="H3068" slay|strong="H2026", and|strong="H3068" the|strong="H5002" dogs|strong="H3611" to|strong="H3068" tear|strong="H5498", and|strong="H3068" the|strong="H5002" birds|strong="H5775" of|strong="H3068" the|strong="H5002" heavens|strong="H8064", and|strong="H3068" the|strong="H5002" beasts of|strong="H3068" the|strong="H5002" earth|strong="H8064", to|strong="H3068" devour and|strong="H3068" to|strong="H3068" destroy|strong="H7843".
4 And|strong="H1121" I|strong="H5414" will|strong="H4428" cause|strong="H5414" them|strong="H5414" to|strong="H5921" be|strong="H1121" tossed to|strong="H5921" and|strong="H1121" fro among|strong="H5921" all|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" kingdoms|strong="H4467" of|strong="H1121" the|strong="H3605" earth, because|strong="H5921" of|strong="H1121" Manasseh|strong="H4519", the|strong="H3605" son|strong="H1121" of|strong="H1121" Hezekiah|strong="H2396", king|strong="H4428" of|strong="H1121" Judah|strong="H3063", for|strong="H5921" that|strong="H3605" which|strong="H3063" he|strong="H6213" did|strong="H6213" in|strong="H5921" Jerusalem|strong="H3389".
5 For|strong="H3588" who|strong="H4310" will|strong="H4310" have|strong="H2550" pity|strong="H2550" upon|strong="H5921" thee|strong="H7592", O|strong="H3068" Jerusalem|strong="H3389"? or|strong="H4310" who|strong="H4310" will|strong="H4310" bemoan|strong="H5110" thee|strong="H7592"? or|strong="H4310" who|strong="H4310" will|strong="H4310" turn|strong="H5493" aside|strong="H5493" to|strong="H5921" ask|strong="H7592" of|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H5493" welfare|strong="H7965"?
6 Thou|strong="H3027" hast rejected me|strong="H5921", saith|strong="H5002" Jehovah|strong="H3068", thou|strong="H3027" art|strong="H3068" gone|strong="H3212" backward: therefore|strong="H5921" have|strong="H3068" I|strong="H5921" stretched|strong="H5186" out|strong="H5186" my|strong="H3068" hand|strong="H3027" against|strong="H5921" thee|strong="H3027", and|strong="H3068" destroyed|strong="H7843" thee|strong="H3027"; I|strong="H5921" am|strong="H3068" weary|strong="H3811" with|strong="H3068" repenting|strong="H5162".
7 And|strong="H7725" I|strong="H3808" have|strong="H5971" winnowed|strong="H2219" them|strong="H7725" with|strong="H5971" a|strong="H3068" fan|strong="H2219" in|strong="H1870" the|strong="H7725" gates|strong="H8179" of|strong="H1870" the|strong="H7725" land; I|strong="H3808" have|strong="H5971" bereaved|strong="H7921" them of|strong="H1870" children|strong="H7921", I|strong="H3808" have|strong="H5971" destroyed my|strong="H7725" people|strong="H5971"; they|strong="H3808" returned|strong="H7725" not|strong="H3808" from|strong="H7725" their|strong="H7725" ways|strong="H1870".
8 Their|strong="H1992" widows are|strong="H1992" increased|strong="H6105" to|strong="H5921" me|strong="H5921" above|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" sand|strong="H2344" of|strong="H5892" the|strong="H5921" seas|strong="H3220"; I|strong="H5921" have|strong="H5892" brought upon|strong="H5921" them|strong="H1992" against|strong="H5921" the|strong="H5921" mother of|strong="H5892" the|strong="H5921" young men|strong="H1992" a|strong="H3068" destroyer|strong="H7703" at|strong="H5921" noonday|strong="H6672": I|strong="H5921" have|strong="H5892" caused|strong="H5307" anguish|strong="H5892" and|strong="H5892" terrors to|strong="H5921" fall|strong="H5307" upon|strong="H5921" her|strong="H5921" suddenly|strong="H6597".

10 Woe is|strong="H3605" me|strong="H3205", my|strong="H3605" mother, that|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H3588" hast borne|strong="H3205" me|strong="H3205" a|strong="H3068" man|strong="H3605" of|strong="H3205" strife|strong="H7379" and|strong="H7379" a|strong="H3068" man|strong="H3605" of|strong="H3205" contention|strong="H4066" to|strong="H3205" the|strong="H3605" whole|strong="H3605" earth! I|strong="H3588" have|strong="H3605" not|strong="H3808" lent|strong="H5383", neither|strong="H3808" have|strong="H3605" men|strong="H3605" lent|strong="H5383" to|strong="H3205" me|strong="H3205"; yet every|strong="H3605" one|strong="H3605" of|strong="H3205" them|strong="H3205" doth curse|strong="H7043" me|strong="H3205".
11 Jehovah|strong="H3068" said, Verily|strong="H3808" I|strong="H6256" will|strong="H3068" strengthen thee|strong="H2896" for|strong="H3068" good|strong="H2896"; verily|strong="H3808" I|strong="H6256" will|strong="H3068" cause the|strong="H3068" enemy to|strong="H3068" make|strong="H6293" supplication|strong="H6293" unto|strong="H3068" thee|strong="H2896" in|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" time|strong="H6256" of|strong="H3068" evil|strong="H7451" and|strong="H3068" in|strong="H3068" the|strong="H3068" time|strong="H6256" of|strong="H3068" affliction|strong="H6869".
12 Can one break|strong="H7489" iron|strong="H1270", even iron|strong="H1270" from the|strong="H7489" north|strong="H6828", and|strong="H5178" brass|strong="H5178"?
13 Thy|strong="H5414" substance|strong="H2428" and|strong="H2403" thy|strong="H5414" treasures will|strong="H5414" I|strong="H5414" give|strong="H5414" for|strong="H3605" a|strong="H3068" spoil without|strong="H3808" price|strong="H4242", and|strong="H2403" that|strong="H3605" for|strong="H3605" all|strong="H3605" thy|strong="H5414" sins|strong="H2403", even|strong="H3808" in|strong="H5414" all|strong="H3605" thy|strong="H5414" borders|strong="H1366".
14 And|strong="H3045" I|strong="H3588" will|strong="H3808" make|strong="H3045" them to|strong="H5921" pass|strong="H5674" with|strong="H5921" thine|strong="H3045" enemies into|strong="H5921" a|strong="H3068" land which|strong="H3588" thou|strong="H3045" knowest|strong="H3045" not|strong="H3808"; for|strong="H3588" a|strong="H3068" fire is|strong="H3808" kindled|strong="H6919" in|strong="H5921" mine|strong="H5674" anger|strong="H5674", which|strong="H3588" shall|strong="H3808" burn|strong="H3344" upon|strong="H5921" you|strong="H3588".
15 O|strong="H3068" Jehovah|strong="H3068", thou|strong="H3045" knowest|strong="H3045"; remember|strong="H2142" me|strong="H5921", and|strong="H3068" visit|strong="H6485" me|strong="H5921", and|strong="H3068" avenge|strong="H5358" me|strong="H5921" of|strong="H3068" my|strong="H3068" persecutors|strong="H7291"; take|strong="H3947" me|strong="H5921" not|strong="H3045" away|strong="H3947" in|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H3068" long-suffering: know|strong="H3045" that|strong="H3045" for|strong="H5921" thy|strong="H3068" sake|strong="H5921" I|strong="H5921" have|strong="H3068" suffered|strong="H5375" reproach|strong="H2781".

18 Why|strong="H4100" is|strong="H4100" my|strong="H1961" pain|strong="H3511" perpetual|strong="H5331", and|strong="H4325" my|strong="H1961" wound|strong="H4347" incurable, which|strong="H4100" refuseth|strong="H3985" to|strong="H1961" be|strong="H1961" healed|strong="H7495"? wilt thou|strong="H3644" indeed|strong="H3808" be|strong="H1961" unto|strong="H4325" me|strong="H1961" as|strong="H1961" a|strong="H3068" deceitful brook, as|strong="H1961" waters|strong="H4325" that|strong="H4325" fail|strong="H3808"?
