1 And LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
1 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
2 Command the sons of Israel, and say to them, When ye come into the land of Canaan (this is the land that shall fall to you for an inheritance, even the land of Canaan according to the borders of it),
2 Ordena aos filhos de Israel, e dize-lhes: Quando entrardes na terra de Canaã (esta é a terra que vos cairá como herança, a terra de Canaã, com suas costas).
3 then your south quarter shall be from the wilderness of Zin along by the side of Edom. And your south border shall be from the end of the Salt Sea eastward.
3 Então o vosso lado sul será desde o deserto de Zim, passando pela costa de Edom; e a vossa fronteira sul será desde a extremidade do mar de sal, para o oriente.
4 And your border shall turn about southward of the ascent of Akrabbim, and pass along to Zin. And the goings out of it shall be southward of Kadesh-barnea. And it shall go forth to Hazar-addar, and pass along to Azmon.
4 E esta fronteira declinará, do sul para a subida de Acrabim, e passará até Zim; e as suas saídas serão do sul a Cades-Barneia; e sairá a Hazar-Adar, e passará a Azmom.
5 And the border shall turn about from Azmon to the brook of Egypt, and the goings out of it shall be at the sea.
5 E a fronteira dará uma volta de Azmom até o rio do Egito; e as suas saídas serão para o mar.
6 And for the western border, ye shall have the great sea and the border [of it]. This shall be your west border.
6 E quanto à fronteira do ocidente, tereis o mar grande como fronteira; esta será a vossa fronteira ocidental.
7 And this shall be your north border: From the great sea ye shall mark out for you mount Hor.
7 E esta será a vossa fronteira do norte: desde o mar grande marcareis até ao monte Hor.
8 From mount Hor ye shall mark out to the entrance of Hamath. And the goings out of the border shall be at Zedad.
8 Desde o monte Hor, marcareis a vossa fronteira até a entrada de Hamate; e as saídas da fronteira serão até Zedade.
9 And the border shall go forth to Ziphron, and the goings out of it shall be at Hazar-enan. This shall be your north border.
9 E a fronteira sairá até Zifrom, e as suas saídas serão em Hazar-Enã; esta será a vossa fronteira do norte.
10 And ye shall mark out your east border from Hazar-enan to Shepham.
10 E como fronteira oriental marcareis de Hazar-Enã até Sefã.
11 And the border shall go down from Shepham to Riblah, on the east side of Ain. And the border shall go down, and shall reach to the side of the sea of Chinnereth eastward.
11 E a fronteira descerá desde Sefã até Ribla, no oriente de Aim; e esta fronteira descerá e chegará à borda do mar de Quinerete, para o oriente.
12 And the border shall go down to the Jordan, and the goings out of it shall be at the Salt Sea. This shall be your land according to the borders of it round about.
12 E a fronteira descerá ao Jordão, e as suas saídas serão no mar de sal; esta será a vossa terra, segundo os seus termos ao redor.
13 And Moses commanded the sons of Israel, saying, This is the land which ye shall inherit by lot, which LORD has commanded to give to the nine tribes, and to the half-tribe.
13 E Moisés deu ordem aos filhos de Israel, dizendo: Esta é a terra que herdareis por sorte, e que o SENHOR ordenou que fosse dada às nove tribos e à meia tribo.
14 For the tribe of the sons of Reuben according to their fathers' houses, and the tribe of the children of Gad according to their fathers' houses, have received, and the half-tribe of Manasseh have received, their inheritance.
14 Porque a tribo dos filhos de Rúben, segundo a casa de seus pais, e a tribo dos filhos de Gade, segundo a casa de seus pais, já receberam a sua herança, e a meia tribo de Manassés já recebeu a sua herança.
15 The two tribes and the half-tribe have received their inheritance beyond the Jordan at Jericho eastward, toward the sunrise.
15 As duas tribos e a meia tribo receberam a sua herança deste lado do Jordão, perto de Jericó, do lado oriental, ao nascente.
16 And LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
16 E o SENHOR falou a Moisés, dizendo:
17 These are the names of the men who shall divide the land to you for inheritance: Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun.
17 Estes são os nomes dos homens que vos dividirão a terra: Eleazar, o sacerdote, e Josué, filho de Num.
18 And ye shall take one ruler of every tribe, to divide the land for inheritance.
18 E tomareis um príncipe de cada tribo, para dividir a terra por herança.
19 And these are the names of the men: Of the tribe of Judah, Caleb the son of Jephunneh.
19 E estes são os nomes dos homens: da tribo de Judá, Calebe, filho de Jefoné;
20 And of the tribe of the sons of Simeon, Shemuel the son of Ammihud.
20 e da tribo dos filhos de Simeão, Samuel, filho de Amiúde;
21 Of the tribe of Benjamin, Elidad the son of Chislon.
21 da tribo de Benjamim, Elidade, filho de Quislom;
22 And of the tribe of the sons of Dan a ruler, Bukki the son of Jogli.
22 e da tribo dos filhos de Dã, o príncipe Buqui, filho de Jogli;
23 Of the sons of Joseph: of the tribe of the sons of Manasseh a ruler, Hanniel the son of Ephod,
23 dos filhos de José, da tribo dos filhos de Manassés, o príncipe Haniel, filho de Éfode;
24 and of the tribe of the sons of Ephraim a ruler, Kemuel the son of Shiphtan.
24 e da tribo dos filhos de Efraim, o príncipe Quemuel, filho de Siftã;
25 And of the tribe of the sons of Zebulun a ruler, Elizaphan the son of Parnach.
25 e da tribo dos filhos de Zebulom, o príncipe Elizafã, filho de Parnaque;
26 And of the tribe of the sons of Issachar a ruler, Paltiel the son of Azzan.
26 e da tribo dos filhos de Issacar, o príncipe Paltiel, filho de Azã;
27 And of the tribe of the sons of Asher a ruler, Ahihud the son of Shelomi.
27 e da tribo dos filhos de Aser, o príncipe Aiúde, filho de Selomi;
28 And of the tribe of the sons of Naphtali a ruler, Pedahel the son of Ammihud.
28 e da tribo dos filhos de Naftali, o príncipe Pedael, filho de Amiúde.
29 These are those whom LORD commanded to divide the inheritance to the sons of Israel in the land of Canaan.
29 Estes são aqueles a quem o SENHOR ordenou que, dividissem a herança entre os filhos de Israel na terra de Canaã.
