3 without natural affection, irreconcilable, slanderous|strong="G1228", without self-control, brutal, having|strong="G1228" no love for what is|strong="G1228" good,
4 traitors|strong="G4273", reckless|strong="G4312", puffed up, and|strong="G2228" lovers|strong="G5377" of|strong="G2228" pleasure|strong="G5369" rather|strong="G3123" than|strong="G2228" lovers|strong="G5377" of|strong="G2228" God|strong="G5377",
5 having|strong="G2192" a|strong="G2192" form|strong="G3446" of|strong="G2532" godliness|strong="G2150" but|strong="G1161" denying its power|strong="G1411". Avoid such|strong="G3778" people|strong="G3588".
6 Among|strong="G1519" them|strong="G3588" are|strong="G1510" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" worm their|strong="G2532" way|strong="G3778" into|strong="G1519" houses|strong="G3614" and|strong="G2532" captivate vulnerable women|strong="G1133" who|strong="G3588" are|strong="G1510" overwhelmed with|strong="G1537" sins and|strong="G2532" swayed by|strong="G1537" various|strong="G4164" evil|strong="G2532" desires|strong="G1939".
7 Such|strong="G2532" women are|strong="G2532" always|strong="G3842" learning|strong="G3129" yet|strong="G2532" never|strong="G3368" able|strong="G1410" to|strong="G1519" come|strong="G2064" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G2532" knowledge|strong="G1922" of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" truth.
8 Just|strong="G2532" as|strong="G1161" Jannes|strong="G2389" and|strong="G2532" Jambres|strong="G2387" opposed Moses|strong="G3475", so|strong="G3779" these|strong="G3778" false teachers also|strong="G2532" oppose the|strong="G2532" truth. They|strong="G2532" are|strong="G3588" corrupted in|strong="G2532" mind|strong="G3563" and|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2532" proven themselves|strong="G3778" to|strong="G2532" be|strong="G2532" unqualified with|strong="G2532" respect|strong="G3779" to|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" faith|strong="G4102".
9 But|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" will|strong="G1510" not|strong="G3756" make|strong="G2532" any|strong="G3956" further|strong="G4119" progress|strong="G4298", for|strong="G1063" their|strong="G2532" folly will|strong="G1510" become|strong="G1096" obvious|strong="G1552" to|strong="G2532" everyone|strong="G3956", just|strong="G5613" like|strong="G5613" the|strong="G2532" folly of|strong="G2532" Jannes and|strong="G2532" Jambres.
10 Yoʋ, however|strong="G1161", have|strong="G1473" closely followed|strong="G3877" my|strong="G1473" teaching|strong="G1319", conduct, purpose|strong="G4286", faith|strong="G4102", patience|strong="G5281", love, and|strong="G1161" endurance|strong="G5281".
11 Yoʋ know|strong="G1722" how|strong="G1722" much persecution|strong="G1375" and|strong="G2532" suffering|strong="G3804" I|strong="G1473" endured|strong="G5297" in|strong="G1722" Antioch, Iconium|strong="G2430", and|strong="G2532" Lystra|strong="G3082".
