15 Some|strong="G3588" of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" people|strong="G4374" were|strong="G3588" bringing|strong="G4374" even|strong="G2532" their|strong="G2532" babies|strong="G1025" to|strong="G2443" Jesus|strong="G2532", for|strong="G1161" him|strong="G3588" to|strong="G2443" touch them|strong="G3588"; but|strong="G1161", when|strong="G1161" the|strong="G2532" disciples|strong="G3101" saw|strong="G3708" it|strong="G2532", they|strong="G2532" began|strong="G1161" to|strong="G2443" find fault with|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" had|strong="G2532" brought|strong="G4374" them|strong="G3588".

18 And|strong="G2532" one|strong="G5100" of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" leaders|strong="G3004" asked|strong="G1905" Jesus|strong="G3004" this|strong="G2532" question|strong="G1905" – ‘Good|strong="G5101" teacher|strong="G1320", what|strong="G5101" must|strong="G4160" I|strong="G2532" do|strong="G4160" if|strong="G2532" I|strong="G2532" am|strong="G2532" to|strong="G2532" gain eternal life|strong="G2222"?’

21 ‘I|strong="G1473" have|strong="G1473" observed|strong="G5442" all|strong="G3956" these|strong="G3778",’ he|strong="G1161" replied|strong="G3004", ‘from|strong="G1537" childhood.’

23 But|strong="G1161" the|strong="G1161" man|strong="G3778" became|strong="G1096" greatly|strong="G4970" distressed on|strong="G1161" hearing this|strong="G3778", for|strong="G1063" he|strong="G1161" was|strong="G1510" extremely|strong="G4970" rich|strong="G4145".
24 Seeing|strong="G3708" this|strong="G3588", Jesus|strong="G2424" said|strong="G3004" to|strong="G1519" his|strong="G1519" disciples|strong="G3588", ‘\+w How|strong="G4459"\+w* \+w hard|strong="G1423"\+w* \+w it|strong="G1161"\+w* \+w is|strong="G3588"\+w* \+w for|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w the|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w wealthy|strong="G5536"\+w* \+w to|strong="G1519"\+w* \+w enter|strong="G1531"\+w* \+w the|strong="G1519"\+w* kingdom \+w of|strong="G2316"\+w* \+w God|strong="G2316"\+w*!

26 ‘Then|strong="G2532" who|strong="G5101" can|strong="G1410" be|strong="G2532" saved|strong="G4982"?’ asked|strong="G3004" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G5101" heard this|strong="G3588".
