13 Remember, friends, to|strong="G1519" you|strong="G5210" the|strong="G1519" call|strong="G2564" came|strong="G3588" to|strong="G1519" give|strong="G2564" you|strong="G5210" freedom|strong="G1657". Only|strong="G3440", do|strong="G3361" not|strong="G3361" make|strong="G1519" your|strong="G1223" freedom|strong="G1657" an|strong="G1519" opportunity for|strong="G1063" self-indulgence but|strong="G3361" serve|strong="G1398" one|strong="G3588" another|strong="G3588" in|strong="G1519" a|strong="G1519" loving spirit|strong="G3588".

15 But|strong="G1161", if|strong="G1487" you|strong="G1487" are|strong="G2532" continually wounding and|strong="G2532" preying on|strong="G1161" one|strong="G3361" another|strong="G1161", take|strong="G1161" care that|strong="G2532" you|strong="G1487" are|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3361" destroyed by|strong="G5259" one|strong="G3361" another|strong="G1161".
16 This|strong="G2532" is|strong="G2532" what|strong="G2532" I|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2532" to|strong="G2532" say|strong="G3004" – Let|strong="G1161" your|strong="G2532" steps be|strong="G2532" guided by|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" Spirit|strong="G4151", and|strong="G2532" then|strong="G2532" you|strong="G3004" will|strong="G2532" never|strong="G3756" gratify the|strong="G2532" cravings of|strong="G4151" your|strong="G2532" earthly|strong="G4561" nature.
17 For|strong="G1063" these|strong="G3778" cravings of|strong="G4151" our|strong="G2596" earthly|strong="G4561" nature conflict with|strong="G2596" the|strong="G1161" Spirit|strong="G4151", and|strong="G1161" the|strong="G1161" Spirit|strong="G4151" with|strong="G2596" our|strong="G2596" earthly|strong="G4561" nature – they|strong="G1161" are|strong="G3588" two contrary|strong="G2596" principles – so|strong="G2443" that|strong="G2443" you|strong="G3739" cannot|strong="G3361" do|strong="G4160" what|strong="G3739" you|strong="G3739" wish|strong="G2309".
18 But|strong="G1161", if|strong="G1487" you|strong="G1487" follow|strong="G1161" the|strong="G1161" guidance of|strong="G5259" the|strong="G1161" Spirit|strong="G4151", you|strong="G1487" are|strong="G1510" not|strong="G3756" subject to|strong="G3756" Law|strong="G3551".
19 The|strong="G1161" sins of|strong="G2041" our|strong="G1510" earthly|strong="G4561" nature are|strong="G1510" unmistakable. They|strong="G1161" are|strong="G1510" sins like these|strong="G3588" – sexual|strong="G4202" immorality|strong="G4202", impurity, indecency,
20 idolatry|strong="G1495", sorcery|strong="G5331", quarrels|strong="G2054", strife|strong="G2054", jealousy|strong="G2205", outbursts|strong="G2372" of|strong="G2372" passion|strong="G2372", rivalries, dissensions|strong="G1370", divisions|strong="G1370",
21 feelings of|strong="G2316" envy|strong="G5355", drunkenness|strong="G3178", revelry, and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" like|strong="G3664". And|strong="G2532" I|strong="G3739" warn you|strong="G5210", as|strong="G2531" I|strong="G3739" warned you|strong="G5210" before|strong="G4302", that|strong="G3754" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3739" indulge in|strong="G2532" such|strong="G5108" things|strong="G3778" will|strong="G2316" have|strong="G2532" no|strong="G3756" place|strong="G3739" in|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" kingdom of|strong="G2316" God|strong="G2316".
22 But|strong="G1161" the|strong="G1161" fruit|strong="G2590" produced by|strong="G4151" the|strong="G1161" Spirit|strong="G4151" is|strong="G1510" love, joy|strong="G5479", peace|strong="G1515", forbearance, kindliness, generosity, trustfulness, gentleness|strong="G5544", self-control.

24 And|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" belong to|strong="G2532" Jesus|strong="G2424", the|strong="G2532" Christ|strong="G5547", have|strong="G2532" already crucified|strong="G4717" their|strong="G2532" earthly|strong="G4561" nature, with|strong="G4862" its passions|strong="G3804" and|strong="G2532" its cravings.
25 Since our|strong="G2532" life|strong="G2198" is|strong="G2532" due to|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" Spirit|strong="G4151", let|strong="G2532" us|strong="G4748" rule our|strong="G2532" conduct also|strong="G2532" by|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" Spirit|strong="G4151".
26 Do|strong="G1096" not|strong="G3361" let|strong="G1096" us|strong="G1096" grow|strong="G1096" vain, and|strong="G1096" provoke or|strong="G3361" envy one|strong="G3361" another.
