4 while|strong="G1161" we|strong="G2249", for|strong="G1161" our|strong="G2532" part|strong="G1473", will|strong="G2532" devote|strong="G4342" ourselves|strong="G2249" to|strong="G2532" prayer|strong="G4335", and|strong="G2532" to|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" delivery of|strong="G3056" the|strong="G2532" message|strong="G3056".’

9 But|strong="G1161" some|strong="G5100" members of|strong="G1537" the|strong="G2532" Synagogue|strong="G4864" of|strong="G1537" the|strong="G2532" Freed Slaves (as|strong="G1161" it|strong="G2532" was|strong="G3588" called|strong="G3004"), Cyrenians|strong="G2956", Alexandrians, and|strong="G2532" Visitors from|strong="G1537" Cilicia|strong="G2791" and|strong="G2532" Roman Asia|strong="G3588", were|strong="G3588" roused to|strong="G2532" action and|strong="G2532" began|strong="G1161" disputing|strong="G4802" with|strong="G1537" Stephen|strong="G4736";
10 yet|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3588" quite|strong="G3756" unable|strong="G3756" to|strong="G2532" withstand the|strong="G2532" wisdom|strong="G4678" and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" inspiration with|strong="G2532" which|strong="G3739" he|strong="G2532" spoke|strong="G2980".
11 Then|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" induced|strong="G5260" some|strong="G3588" men|strong="G3588" to|strong="G1519" assert that|strong="G3754" they|strong="G2532" had|strong="G2532" heard Stephen saying|strong="G3004" blasphemous things|strong="G3588" against|strong="G1519" Moses|strong="G3475", and|strong="G2532" against|strong="G1519" God|strong="G2316";
12 and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" stirred|strong="G2532" up|strong="G1519" the|strong="G2532" people|strong="G2992", as|strong="G1519" well|strong="G2532" as|strong="G1519" the|strong="G2532" elders|strong="G4245" and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" teachers of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" Law, and|strong="G2532" set|strong="G2532" on|strong="G1519" Stephen, and|strong="G2532" arrested him|strong="G3588", and|strong="G2532" brought|strong="G2532" him|strong="G3588" before|strong="G1519" the|strong="G2532" High|strong="G2532" Council|strong="G4892".
13 There|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" produced witnesses|strong="G3144" who|strong="G3588" gave|strong="G2532" false|strong="G5571" evidence.
