3 Out|strong="G1831" of|strong="G1537" the|strong="G2532" smoke|strong="G2586" locusts descended|strong="G1831" on|strong="G1519" the|strong="G2532" earth|strong="G1093", and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" received|strong="G2192" the|strong="G2532" same|strong="G2532" power|strong="G1849" as|strong="G5613" that|strong="G3588" possessed|strong="G2192" by|strong="G1537" scorpions|strong="G4651".

9 and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" had|strong="G2192" what|strong="G3588" seemed to|strong="G1519" be|strong="G2532" iron|strong="G4603" breastplates|strong="G2382", while|strong="G5613" the|strong="G2532" noise|strong="G5456" of|strong="G2532" their|strong="G2532" wings|strong="G4420" was|strong="G3588" like|strong="G5613" the|strong="G2532" noise|strong="G5456" of|strong="G2532" chariots drawn by|strong="G2532" many|strong="G4183" horses|strong="G2462", galloping into|strong="G1519" battle|strong="G4171".
10 They|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2192" tails|strong="G3769" like|strong="G3664" scorpions|strong="G4651", and|strong="G2532" stings|strong="G2759", and|strong="G2532" in|strong="G1722" their|strong="G2532" tails|strong="G3769" lies their|strong="G2532" power|strong="G1849" to|strong="G2532" harm people|strong="G3588" for|strong="G1722" five|strong="G4002" months|strong="G3376".
11 They|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2192" as|strong="G1722" their|strong="G2532" king|strong="G3588" the|strong="G1722" angel of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G1722" bottomless pit|strong="G2532", whose|strong="G3739" name|strong="G3686", in|strong="G1722" Hebrew|strong="G1447", is|strong="G3588" “Abaddon,” while|strong="G1722", in|strong="G1722" Greek|strong="G1673", his|strong="G1909" name|strong="G3686" is|strong="G3588" “Apollyon” (the|strong="G1722" Destroyer).

15 Then|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" four|strong="G5064" angels, that|strong="G2443" were|strong="G3588" held in|strong="G1519" readiness for|strong="G1519" that|strong="G2443" hour|strong="G5610" and|strong="G2532" day|strong="G2250" and|strong="G2532" month|strong="G3376" and|strong="G2532" year|strong="G1763", were|strong="G3588" let|strong="G2443" loose|strong="G3089", to|strong="G1519" destroy|strong="G3089" a|strong="G2532" third|strong="G5154" of|strong="G2250" mankind.
16 The|strong="G2532" number of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" hosts of|strong="G2532" cavalry was|strong="G3588" ten|strong="G3461" thousand|strong="G3461" times|strong="G3461" ten|strong="G3461" thousand|strong="G3461", twice told; I|strong="G2532" heard their|strong="G2532" number.

18 Through|strong="G1537" these|strong="G3778" three|strong="G5140" curses a|strong="G2532" third|strong="G5154" of|strong="G1537" humanity perished – because|strong="G1537" of|strong="G1537" the|strong="G2532" fire|strong="G4442", and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" smoke|strong="G2586", and|strong="G2532" the|strong="G2532" sulphur that|strong="G3588" issued|strong="G1607" from|strong="G1537" their|strong="G2532" mouths|strong="G4750";
19 for|strong="G1063" the|strong="G1722" power|strong="G1849" of|strong="G2532" the|strong="G1722" horses|strong="G2462" lies in|strong="G1722" their|strong="G2532" mouths|strong="G4750" and|strong="G2532" in|strong="G1722" their|strong="G2532" tails|strong="G3769". 20 But|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3739" were|strong="G3588" left of|strong="G1537" humanity, who|strong="G3739" had|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3756" perished through|strong="G1722" these|strong="G3778" curses, did|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3756" repent|strong="G3340" and|strong="G2532" turn away from|strong="G1537" what|strong="G3739" their|strong="G2532" own hands|strong="G5495" had|strong="G2532" made|strong="G3756"; they|strong="G2532" would|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3756" abandon the|strong="G1722" worship|strong="G4352" of|strong="G1537" demons|strong="G1140", and|strong="G2532" of|strong="G1537" idols|strong="G1497" made|strong="G3756" of|strong="G1537" gold|strong="G5552" or|strong="G2532" silver or|strong="G2532" brass|strong="G5470" or|strong="G2532" stone|strong="G3035" or|strong="G2532" wood|strong="G3585", which|strong="G3739" can|strong="G1410" neither|strong="G3777" see, nor|strong="G3761" hear, nor|strong="G3761" walk|strong="G4043";
21 and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" did|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3756" repent|strong="G3340" of|strong="G1537" their|strong="G2532" murders|strong="G5408", or|strong="G2532" their|strong="G2532" sorceries|strong="G5331", or|strong="G2532" their|strong="G2532" licentiousness, or|strong="G2532" their|strong="G2532" thefts|strong="G2809".
