5 and|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3361" for|strong="G1722" the|strong="G1722" mere gratification of|strong="G2316" your|strong="G2532" passions|strong="G3806", like|strong="G2509" the|strong="G1722" Gentiles|strong="G1484" who|strong="G3588" know|strong="G1492" nothing|strong="G3361" of|strong="G2316" God|strong="G2316";
6 none|strong="G3361" of|strong="G4012" you|strong="G5210" overreaching or|strong="G2532" taking advantage|strong="G4122" of|strong="G4012" their|strong="G2532" fellow follower of|strong="G4012" the|strong="G1722" Lord|strong="G2962" in|strong="G1722" such|strong="G3778" matters. The|strong="G1722" Lord|strong="G2962" takes vengeance on|strong="G1722" all|strong="G3956" who|strong="G3588" do|strong="G2532" such|strong="G3778" things|strong="G3956", as|strong="G2531" we|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2532" already warned|strong="G1263" you|strong="G5210" and|strong="G2532" solemnly|strong="G1263" declared.
7 For|strong="G1063" God|strong="G2316" does|strong="G2316" not|strong="G3756" call|strong="G2564" us|strong="G2249" to|strong="G1909" an|strong="G1722" impure life, but|strong="G1063" demands holiness.
8 Therefore|strong="G5105" the|strong="G2532" person who|strong="G3588" disregards this|strong="G3588" warning disregards, not|strong="G3756" people|strong="G3588", but|strong="G2532" God|strong="G2316" who|strong="G3588" gives|strong="G1325" you|strong="G5210" his|strong="G1519" Holy|strong="G4151" Spirit|strong="G4151".
9 As|strong="G1519" to|strong="G1519" love|strong="G5360" for|strong="G1063" each|strong="G1519" other|strong="G1161" there|strong="G1161" is|strong="G1510" no|strong="G3756" need|strong="G5532" to|strong="G1519" write|strong="G1125" to|strong="G1519" you|strong="G5210"; for|strong="G1063" you|strong="G5210" have|strong="G2192" yourselves|strong="G4771" been|strong="G1510" taught|strong="G2312" by|strong="G1519" God|strong="G2312" to|strong="G1519" love|strong="G5360" one|strong="G3588" another|strong="G3588";

12 so|strong="G2443" that|strong="G2443" your|strong="G2192" conduct|strong="G4043" may|strong="G2532" win respect from|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" outside|strong="G1854" the|strong="G2532" church, and|strong="G2532" that|strong="G2443" you|strong="G2532" may|strong="G2532" not|strong="G3367" want for|strong="G4314" anything|strong="G3367".
13 We|strong="G2532" don’t|strong="G3588" want|strong="G2309" you|strong="G5210" to|strong="G2443" be|strong="G2532" ignorant|strong="G3361", friends, about|strong="G4012" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" have|strong="G2192" passed|strong="G3588" to|strong="G2443" their|strong="G2532" rest|strong="G3062". We|strong="G2532" don’t|strong="G3588" want|strong="G2309" you|strong="G5210" to|strong="G2443" grieve|strong="G3076" like|strong="G2531" other|strong="G3062" people|strong="G3361" who|strong="G3588" have|strong="G2192" no|strong="G3756" hope|strong="G1680".

18 Therefore|strong="G5620", comfort|strong="G3870" one|strong="G3588" another|strong="G3588" with|strong="G1722" what|strong="G3588" I|strong="G3778" have|strong="G3588" told you|strong="G1722".
