And|strong="G1161" don’t|strong="G3361" argue with|strong="G1519" them about|strong="G1519" their different ideas|strong="G1261".
2 Some|strong="G3588" people|strong="G3956" believe|strong="G4100" they|strong="G3739" can eat|strong="G2068" any|strong="G3956" kind|strong="G3956" of|strong="G3956" food|strong="G5315", but|strong="G1161" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3739" have|strong="G3956" doubts eat|strong="G2068" only vegetables|strong="G3001".
3 Those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" know they|strong="G0846" can eat|strong="G2068" any kind of|strong="G2316" food must|strong="G2919" not|strong="G3361" feel that|strong="G0846" they|strong="G0846" are|strong="G3588" better than|strong="G3361" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" eat|strong="G2068" only vegetables. And|strong="G1161" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" eat|strong="G2068" only vegetables must|strong="G2919" not|strong="G3361" decide that|strong="G0846" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" eat|strong="G2068" all|strong="G3588" foods are|strong="G3588" wrong. God|strong="G2316" has|strong="G2316" accepted|strong="G4355" them|strong="G0846".
4 You|strong="G4771" cannot judge|strong="G2919" the|strong="G3588" servants of|strong="G2962" someone else|strong="G2228". Their|strong="G0846" own|strong="G2398" master|strong="G2962" decides if they|strong="G0846" are|strong="G1510" doing right or|strong="G2228" wrong. And|strong="G1161" others|strong="G3588" might|strong="G3956" believe that|strong="G3739" every|strong="G3956" day|strong="G2250" is|strong="G3739" the|strong="G3956" same|strong="G3739". Everyone|strong="G3956" should be|strong="G3956" sure about|strong="G1722" their|strong="G3956" beliefs in|strong="G1722" their|strong="G3956" own|strong="G2398" mind|strong="G3563".
6 Those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" think|strong="G5426" one|strong="G3588" day|strong="G2250" is|strong="G2316" more|strong="G3756" important than|strong="G2532" other days|strong="G2250" are|strong="G3588" doing that|strong="G2250" for|strong="G1063" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962". And|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" eat|strong="G2068" all|strong="G3588" kinds of|strong="G2250" food are|strong="G3588" doing that|strong="G2250" for|strong="G1063" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962". Yes|strong="G1063", they|strong="G2532" give|strong="G2168" thanks|strong="G2168" to|strong="G2532" God|strong="G2316" for|strong="G1063" that|strong="G2250" food. And|strong="G2532" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" refuse|strong="G3756" to|strong="G2532" eat|strong="G2068" some|strong="G3588" foods do|strong="G3361" that|strong="G2250" for|strong="G1063" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962". They|strong="G2532" also|strong="G2532" give|strong="G2168" thanks|strong="G2168" to|strong="G2532" God|strong="G2316".
7 We|strong="G2249" don’t live|strong="G2198" or|strong="G2532" die|strong="G0599" just|strong="G2532" for|strong="G1063" ourselves|strong="G1438".
8 If|strong="G1437" we|strong="G1437" live|strong="G2198", we|strong="G1437" are|strong="G1510" living|strong="G2198" for|strong="G1063" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962". Or|strong="G2228" why|strong="G5101" do|strong="G2919" you|strong="G4771" think|strong="G2919" that|strong="G3956" you|strong="G4771" are|strong="G3956" better than|strong="G2228" they|strong="G2532" are|strong="G3956"? We|strong="G2532" will|strong="G2316" all|strong="G3956" stand|strong="G3936" before|strong="G3936" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" he|strong="G2532" will|strong="G2316" judge|strong="G2919" us all|strong="G3956".

The|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962" Jesus|strong="G2424" is|strong="G1510" the|strong="G3588" one|strong="G3762" who|strong="G3588" convinced|strong="G3982" me|strong="G1223" of|strong="G1223" that|strong="G3754". But|strong="G2532" if|strong="G1487" someone|strong="G5100" believes that|strong="G3754" something|strong="G5100" is|strong="G1510" wrong, then|strong="G2532" it|strong="G1223" is|strong="G1510" wrong for|strong="G3754" that|strong="G3754" person|strong="G5100".
15 If|strong="G1487" you|strong="G4771" hurt|strong="G3076" the|strong="G3588" faith|strong="G3739" of|strong="G1223" your|strong="G1487" brother|strong="G0080" or|strong="G3361" sister because|strong="G1223" of|strong="G1223" something you|strong="G4771" eat, you|strong="G4771" are|strong="G3739" not|strong="G3361" really following|strong="G2596" the|strong="G3588" way|strong="G2596" of|strong="G1223" love|strong="G0026". Don’t|strong="G3361" destroy|strong="G0622" anyone’s faith|strong="G3739" by|strong="G1223" eating something they|strong="G3739" think is|strong="G3739" wrong. Christ|strong="G5547" died|strong="G0599" for|strong="G1063" them|strong="G3739".
16 Don’t|strong="G3361" allow what|strong="G3588" is|strong="G0018" good|strong="G0018" for|strong="G0018" you|strong="G5210" to|strong="G0018" become something they|strong="G3767" say is|strong="G0018" evil|strong="G0987".
17 In|strong="G1722" God’s|strong="G2316" kingdom|strong="G0932", what|strong="G3588" we|strong="G2532" eat and|strong="G2532" drink|strong="G4213" is|strong="G1510" not|strong="G3756" important. Here|strong="G1510" is|strong="G1510" what|strong="G3588" is|strong="G1510" important: a|strong="G1510" right|strong="G1343" way|strong="G1722" of|strong="G0932" life|strong="G4151", peace|strong="G1515", and|strong="G2532" joy|strong="G5479"—all|strong="G3588" from|strong="G1515" the|strong="G3588" Holy|strong="G0040" Spirit|strong="G4151".
18 Whoever|strong="G3588" serves|strong="G1398" Christ|strong="G5547" by|strong="G1722" living this|strong="G3778" way|strong="G1722" is|strong="G2316" pleasing|strong="G2101" God|strong="G2316", and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" will|strong="G2316" be|strong="G2532" accepted by|strong="G1722" others|strong="G0444".
19 So|strong="G3767" let’s try as|strong="G1519" hard as|strong="G1519" we|strong="G2532" can to|strong="G1519" do|strong="G2532" what|strong="G3588" will|strong="G2532" bring|strong="G1519" peace|strong="G1515". Let’s do|strong="G2532" whatever will|strong="G2532" help each|strong="G0240" other|strong="G0240" grow stronger in|strong="G1519" faith.
20 Don’t|strong="G3361" let the|strong="G3956" eating|strong="G2068" of|strong="G1223" food|strong="G1033" destroy|strong="G2647" the|strong="G3956" work|strong="G2041" of|strong="G1223" God|strong="G2316". All|strong="G3956" food|strong="G1033" is|strong="G2316" right to|strong="G0444" eat|strong="G2068", but|strong="G0235" it|strong="G1223" is|strong="G2316" wrong|strong="G2556" for|strong="G1223" anyone|strong="G3956" to|strong="G0444" eat|strong="G2068" something that|strong="G3956" hurts the|strong="G3956" faith of|strong="G1223" another person|strong="G0444".
21 It|strong="G3739" is|strong="G3739" better|strong="G2570" not|strong="G3361" to|strong="G1722" eat|strong="G2068" meat|strong="G2907" or|strong="G2228" drink|strong="G4095" wine|strong="G3631" or|strong="G2228" do|strong="G3361" anything|strong="G5315" else|strong="G2228" that|strong="G3739" hurts the|strong="G3588" faith|strong="G3739" of|strong="G1722" your|strong="G4350" brother|strong="G0080" or|strong="G2228" sister.
22 You|strong="G4771" should|strong="G2316" keep|strong="G3361" your|strong="G2192" beliefs about|strong="G1722" these|strong="G3739" things|strong="G3739" a|strong="G2192" secret between yourself|strong="G4572" and|strong="G2316" God|strong="G2316". It|strong="G3739" is|strong="G2316" a|strong="G2192" blessing to|strong="G2596" be|strong="G2316" able|strong="G2192" to|strong="G2596" do|strong="G2919" what|strong="G3739" you|strong="G4771" think|strong="G2919" is|strong="G2316" right without|strong="G3361" feeling guilty.
23 But|strong="G1161" anyone|strong="G3956" who|strong="G3739" eats|strong="G2068" something|strong="G1510" without|strong="G3756" being|strong="G1510" sure it|strong="G1437" is|strong="G1510" right is|strong="G1510" doing wrong. That|strong="G3754" is|strong="G1510" because|strong="G3754" they|strong="G3739" did|strong="G1510" not|strong="G3756" believe it|strong="G1437" was|strong="G1510" right. And|strong="G1161" if|strong="G1437" you|strong="G3739" do|strong="G1510" anything|strong="G3956" that|strong="G3754" you|strong="G3739" believe is|strong="G1510" not|strong="G3756" right, it|strong="G1437" is|strong="G1510" sin|strong="G0266".
