He|strong="G2532" is|strong="G3588" the|strong="G3588" one|strong="G3588" we|strong="G2249" believe God sent|strong="G0652" to|strong="G2532" save us and|strong="G2532" to|strong="G2532" be|strong="G2532" our|strong="G2424" high|strong="G0749" priest|strong="G0749".

5 Moses|strong="G3475" was|strong="G3588" faithful|strong="G4103" as|strong="G5613" a|strong="G5613" servant|strong="G2324" in|strong="G1722" God’s|strong="G0846" whole|strong="G3650" house|strong="G3624". He|strong="G2532" told|strong="G2980" people|strong="G0846" what|strong="G3588" God|strong="G0846" would|strong="G0846" say|strong="G2980" in|strong="G1722" the|strong="G3588" future.
6 But|strong="G1161" Christ|strong="G5547" is|strong="G1510" faithful in|strong="G1909" ruling God’s|strong="G0846" house|strong="G3624" as|strong="G5613" the|strong="G3588" Son|strong="G5207". And|strong="G2532" we|strong="G2249" are|strong="G1510" God’s|strong="G0846" house|strong="G3624", if|strong="G1437" we|strong="G2249" remain|strong="G1510" confident of|strong="G5207" the|strong="G3588" great hope|strong="G1680" we|strong="G2249" are|strong="G1510" glad to|strong="G1909" say|strong="G1473" we|strong="G2249" have|strong="G1510".
7 So|strong="G1352" it|strong="G0846" is|strong="G3588" just|strong="G2531" as|strong="G2531" the|strong="G3588" Holy|strong="G0040" Spirit|strong="G4151" says|strong="G3004":
8 don’t|strong="G3361" be|strong="G2588" stubborn as|strong="G5613" you|strong="G5210" were|strong="G3588" in|strong="G1722" the|strong="G3588" past,
9 For|strong="G1722" 40 years|strong="G2094" in|strong="G1722" the|strong="G3588" desert, your|strong="G2532" people|strong="G3588" saw|strong="G3708" what|strong="G3588" I|strong="G1473" did|strong="G3985".
10 So|strong="G2532" I|strong="G1473" was|strong="G3588" angry|strong="G4360" with|strong="G2532" them|strong="G0846".
11 So|strong="G1519" I|strong="G1473" was|strong="G3588" angry and|strong="G3709" made a|strong="G5613" promise:
12 So|strong="G3379", brothers|strong="G0080" and|strong="G2316" sisters, be|strong="G1510" careful|strong="G0991" that|strong="G2316" none of|strong="G0575" you|strong="G5210" has|strong="G2316" the|strong="G3588" evil|strong="G4190" thoughts that|strong="G2316" cause so|strong="G3379" much doubt that|strong="G2316" you|strong="G5210" stop following|strong="G1722" the|strong="G3588" living|strong="G2198" God|strong="G2316".
13 But|strong="G0235" encourage|strong="G3870" each|strong="G1538" other|strong="G3739" every|strong="G2596" day|strong="G2250", while|strong="G2250" you|strong="G5210" still have|strong="G5100" something|strong="G5100" called|strong="G2564" “today|strong="G4594".” Help each|strong="G1538" other|strong="G3739" so|strong="G2443" that|strong="G3739" none|strong="G3361" of|strong="G1537" you|strong="G5210" will|strong="G3739" be|strong="G5100" fooled by|strong="G1537" sin|strong="G0266" and|strong="G2250" become too hard to|strong="G2443" change.
14 We|strong="G1437" have|strong="G5547" the|strong="G3588" honor of|strong="G0746" sharing in|strong="G1096" all|strong="G3588" that|strong="G1096" Christ|strong="G5547" has|strong="G1096" if|strong="G1437" we|strong="G1437" continue|strong="G1096" until|strong="G3360" the|strong="G3588" end|strong="G5056" to|strong="G1096" have|strong="G5547" the|strong="G3588" sure|strong="G0949" faith we|strong="G1437" had|strong="G3588" in|strong="G1096" the|strong="G3588" beginning|strong="G0746".
15 That’s why the|strong="G3588" Spirit|strong="G2588" said|strong="G3004",
16 Who|strong="G3588" were|strong="G3956" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" heard|strong="G0191" God’s voice and|strong="G0191" turned against|strong="G1537" him|strong="G0191"? It|strong="G1223" was|strong="G3588" all|strong="G3956" the|strong="G3956" people|strong="G3956" Moses|strong="G3475" led out|strong="G1831" of|strong="G1537" Egypt|strong="G0125".

18 And|strong="G1161" which|strong="G5101" people|strong="G0846" was|strong="G3588" God|strong="G0846" talking to|strong="G1519" when|strong="G1161" he|strong="G0846" promised that|strong="G0846" they|strong="G0846" would|strong="G0846" never|strong="G3361" enter|strong="G1525" his|strong="G0846" place of|strong="G3588" rest|strong="G2663"? He|strong="G0846" was|strong="G3588" talking to|strong="G1519" those|strong="G3588" who|strong="G3588" did|strong="G1525" not|strong="G3361" obey|strong="G0544" him|strong="G0846".
19 So|strong="G2532" we|strong="G2532" see|strong="G0991" that|strong="G3754" they|strong="G2532" were|strong="G3748" not|strong="G3756" allowed to|strong="G1410" enter|strong="G1525" and|strong="G2532" have|strong="G2532" God’s rest, because|strong="G3754" they|strong="G2532" did|strong="G1525" not|strong="G3756" believe.
