As|strong="G1519" they|strong="G0846" did|strong="G1525" in|strong="G1722" Antioch, they|strong="G0846" entered|strong="G1525" the|strong="G3588" Jewish|strong="G2453" synagogue|strong="G4864". They|strong="G0846" spoke|strong="G2980" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G3588" people|strong="G4128" there|strong="G1722". They|strong="G0846" spoke|strong="G2980" so|strong="G2532" well|strong="G2532" that|strong="G4100" many|strong="G4183" Jews|strong="G2453" and|strong="G2532" Greeks|strong="G1672" believed|strong="G4100" what|strong="G3588" they|strong="G0846" said|strong="G2980".

They|strong="G2532" said|strong="G2532" things|strong="G3588" that|strong="G1161" caused the|strong="G3588" non-Jewish people|strong="G1484" to|strong="G2596" be|strong="G2532" angry and|strong="G2532" turn against|strong="G2596" the|strong="G3588" believers.
3 So|strong="G3767" Paul|strong="G0846" and|strong="G2532" Barnabas stayed|strong="G1304" in|strong="G1909" Iconium a|strong="G1096" long|strong="G5550" time|strong="G5550", and|strong="G2532" they|strong="G0846" spoke|strong="G3955" bravely for|strong="G1223" the|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962". They|strong="G0846" told the|strong="G3588" people|strong="G0846" about|strong="G1909" God’s|strong="G0846" grace|strong="G5485". The|strong="G3588" Lord|strong="G2962" proved|strong="G1096" that|strong="G1096" what|strong="G3588" they|strong="G0846" said|strong="G3056" was|strong="G3588" true by|strong="G1223" causing miraculous signs|strong="G4592" and|strong="G2532" wonders|strong="G5059" to|strong="G1909" be|strong="G1096" done|strong="G1096" through|strong="G1223" them|strong="G0846".
4 But|strong="G1161" some|strong="G3588" of|strong="G4172" the|strong="G3588" people|strong="G4128" in|strong="G2532" the|strong="G3588" city|strong="G4172" agreed with|strong="G4862" the|strong="G3588" Jews|strong="G2453" who|strong="G3588" did|strong="G1510" not|strong="G1510" believe Paul|strong="G1510" and|strong="G2532" Barnabas. Others|strong="G3588" followed the|strong="G3588" apostles|strong="G0652". So|strong="G2532" the|strong="G3588" city|strong="G4172" was|strong="G1510" divided|strong="G4977".
5 Some|strong="G3588" of|strong="G3588" the|strong="G3588" Jews|strong="G2453" there|strong="G1161", as|strong="G5613" well|strong="G2532" as|strong="G5613" their|strong="G0846" leaders|strong="G0758" and|strong="G2532" some|strong="G3588" of|strong="G3588" the|strong="G3588" non-Jewish people|strong="G1484", were|strong="G2453" determined to|strong="G2532" hurt Paul|strong="G0846" and|strong="G2532" Barnabas. They|strong="G0846" wanted to|strong="G2532" stone|strong="G3036" them|strong="G0846" to|strong="G2532" death.
6 When|strong="G2532" Paul and|strong="G2532" Barnabas learned|strong="G4894" about|strong="G1519" this|strong="G3588", they|strong="G2532" left the|strong="G3588" city|strong="G4172". They|strong="G2532" went to|strong="G1519" Lystra|strong="G3082" and|strong="G2532" Derbe|strong="G1191", cities|strong="G4172" in|strong="G1519" Lycaonia|strong="G3071", and|strong="G2532" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G3588" surrounding|strong="G4066" areas.
7 They|strong="G1510" told the|strong="G2097" Good|strong="G2097" News|strong="G2097" there|strong="G2546" too.
8 In|strong="G1722" Lystra|strong="G3082" there|strong="G1722" was|strong="G3739" a|strong="G3739" man|strong="G0435" who|strong="G3739" had|strong="G3739" something|strong="G5100" wrong with|strong="G1722" his|strong="G0846" feet|strong="G4228". He|strong="G2532" had|strong="G3739" been|strong="G2532" born crippled and|strong="G2532" had|strong="G3739" never|strong="G3763" walked|strong="G4043".

17 But|strong="G2532" God|strong="G0846" was|strong="G3588" always there|strong="G2540" doing the|strong="G3588" good|strong="G0014" things|strong="G0846" that|strong="G0846" prove he|strong="G2532" is|strong="G3588" real. Then|strong="G2532" Paul and|strong="G2532" Barnabas returned|strong="G5290" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G3588" cities|strong="G4172" of|strong="G4172" Lystra|strong="G3082", Iconium|strong="G2430", and|strong="G2532" Antioch|strong="G0490".
22 In|strong="G1519" those|strong="G3588" cities they|strong="G2532" helped the|strong="G3588" followers grow stronger in|strong="G1519" their|strong="G2532" faith|strong="G4102" and|strong="G2532" encouraged|strong="G3870" them|strong="G3870" to|strong="G1519" continue|strong="G1696" trusting God|strong="G2316". They|strong="G2532" told them|strong="G3870", “We|strong="G2249" must|strong="G1163" suffer many|strong="G4183" things|strong="G4183" on|strong="G1519" our|strong="G2316" way|strong="G1223" into|strong="G1519" God’s|strong="G2316" kingdom|strong="G0932".”
23 They|strong="G0846" also|strong="G1161" chose elders|strong="G4245" for|strong="G1519" each|strong="G2596" church|strong="G1577" and|strong="G1161" stopped eating for|strong="G1519" a|strong="G3739" period of|strong="G2962" time to|strong="G1519" pray|strong="G4336" for|strong="G1519" them|strong="G0846". 24 Paul and|strong="G2532" Barnabas went|strong="G2064" through|strong="G1330" the|strong="G3588" country of|strong="G1519" Pisidia|strong="G4099". Then|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" came|strong="G2064" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G3588" country of|strong="G1519" Pamphylia|strong="G3828".
25 They|strong="G2532" told|strong="G2980" people|strong="G3588" the|strong="G3588" message|strong="G3056" of|strong="G3056" God|strong="G2980" in|strong="G1722" the|strong="G3588" city of|strong="G3056" Perga|strong="G4011", and|strong="G2532" then|strong="G2532" they|strong="G2532" went|strong="G2597" down|strong="G2597" to|strong="G1519" the|strong="G3588" city of|strong="G3056" Attalia|strong="G0825".
26 And|strong="G2316" from|strong="G1510" there|strong="G2547" they|strong="G3739" sailed|strong="G0636" away to|strong="G1519" Antioch|strong="G0490" in|strong="G1519" Syria. This|strong="G3588" is|strong="G1510" the|strong="G3588" city where|strong="G3739" the|strong="G3588" believers had|strong="G1510" put|strong="G3860" them|strong="G3739" into|strong="G1519" God’s|strong="G2316" care and|strong="G2316" sent them|strong="G3739" to|strong="G1519" do|strong="G1510" this|strong="G3588" work|strong="G2041". 28 And|strong="G1161" they|strong="G1161" stayed|strong="G1304" there|strong="G1161" a|strong="G1161" long|strong="G5550" time|strong="G5550" with|strong="G4862" the|strong="G3588" Lord’s followers.
