Salmos 39

ENG-RV

I said, I will take heed to|strong="H1732" my|strong="H1732" ways, that|strong="H1732" I sin not|strong="H1732" with|strong="H1732" my|strong="H1732" tongue: I will keep my|strong="H1732" mouth with|strong="H1732" a|strong="H3068" bridle, while the|strong="H1732" wicked is|strong="H1732" before me.

I|strong="H5704" was|strong="H6310" dumb with|strong="H6310" silence, I|strong="H5704" held my|strong="H8104" peace, even|strong="H5704" from|strong="H5704" good; and|strong="H1870" my|strong="H8104" sorrow was|strong="H6310" stirred.

My heart was|strong="H3511" hot within me; while I was|strong="H3511" musing the|strong="H2896" fire kindled: then spake I with|strong="H2896" my tongue:

LORD|strong="H3068", make|strong="H1197" me|strong="H1696" to|strong="H1696" know mine|strong="H1696" end, and|strong="H3820" the|strong="H1696" measure of|strong="H3820" my|strong="H1696" days, what|strong="H1696" it|strong="H1696" is|strong="H3820"; let me|strong="H1696" know how frail I|strong="H3820" am.

Behold, thou|strong="H3045" hast|strong="H3045" made|strong="H3045" my|strong="H3068" days|strong="H3117" as handbreadths; and|strong="H3068" mine|strong="H3045" age|strong="H3117" is|strong="H3068" as|strong="H3117" nothing|strong="H4100" before|strong="H3117" thee: surely every|strong="H3117" man|strong="H3045" at|strong="H3068" his|strong="H3068" best estate is|strong="H3068" altogether vanity. Selah

Surely|strong="H5414" every|strong="H3605" man|strong="H3605" walketh in|strong="H3117" a|strong="H3068" vain|strong="H1892" shew|strong="H5414": surely|strong="H5414" they|strong="H3117" are|strong="H3117" disquieted in|strong="H3117" vain|strong="H1892": he|strong="H3117" heapeth up|strong="H5414" riches, and|strong="H3117" knoweth not|strong="H5414" who|strong="H3605" shall|strong="H3117" gather them|strong="H5414".

And|strong="H1980" now|strong="H1980", Lord, what|strong="H4310" wait I|strong="H3045" for|strong="H3045"? my|strong="H3045" hope is|strong="H4310" in|strong="H1980" thee.

Deliver me|strong="H4100" from all my|strong="H6258" transgressions: make me|strong="H4100" not the|strong="H6258" reproach of|strong="H8431" the|strong="H6258" foolish.

I|strong="H7760" was|strong="H3605" dumb, I|strong="H7760" opened not|strong="H7760" my|strong="H3605" mouth; because|strong="H3605" thou|strong="H7760" didst it|strong="H7760".

Remove|strong="H6605" thy|strong="H6213" stroke away from|strong="H6213" me|strong="H6213": I|strong="H3588" am consumed by|strong="H3808" the|strong="H3588" blow of|strong="H6310" thine|strong="H6605" hand.

When|strong="H3615" thou|strong="H3027" with|strong="H5921" rebukes dost correct man for|strong="H5921" iniquity, thou|strong="H3027" makest his|strong="H5921" beauty to|strong="H5921" consume|strong="H3615" away|strong="H5493" like|strong="H5921" a|strong="H3068" moth: surely every man is|strong="H3027" vanity. Selah

Hear my|strong="H3605" prayer, O|strong="H3068" LORD|strong="H3068", and|strong="H1892" give ear unto my|strong="H3605" cry; hold not thy|strong="H2530" peace at|strong="H5921" my|strong="H3605" tears: for|strong="H5921" I|strong="H5921" am a|strong="H3068" stranger with|strong="H5921" thee, a|strong="H3068" sojourner, as|strong="H6211" all|strong="H3605" my|strong="H3605" fathers were|strong="H5921".

O|strong="H3068" spare me|strong="H5973", that|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" may|strong="H3068" recover strength, before|strong="H5973" I|strong="H3588" go|strong="H3068" hence, and|strong="H3068" be|strong="H3068" no|strong="H3605" more|strong="H3588".
