1 When|strong="H3588" I|strong="H3588" would|strong="H3478" heal|strong="H7495" Israel|strong="H3478", then|strong="H3588" is|strong="H3478" the|strong="H3588" iniquity|strong="H5771" of|strong="H6466" Ephraim discovered|strong="H1540", and|strong="H3478" the|strong="H3588" wickedness|strong="H7451" of|strong="H6466" Samaria|strong="H8111"; for|strong="H3588" they|strong="H3588" commit|strong="H6466" falsehood|strong="H8267": and|strong="H3478" the|strong="H3588" thief|strong="H1590" entereth in|strong="H3478", and the|strong="H3588" troop|strong="H1416" of|strong="H6466" robbers|strong="H1590" spoileth|strong="H6584" without|strong="H2351".
2 And|strong="H6440" they|strong="H3605" consider|strong="H2142" not|strong="H1077" in|strong="H6440" their|strong="H3605" hearts|strong="H3824" that|strong="H3605" I|strong="H6258" remember|strong="H2142" all|strong="H3605" their|strong="H3605" wickedness|strong="H7451": now|strong="H6258" have|strong="H1961" their|strong="H3605" own|strong="H1961" doings|strong="H4611" beset|strong="H5437" them|strong="H6440" about|strong="H5437"; they|strong="H3605" are|strong="H1961" before|strong="H6440" my|strong="H3605" face|strong="H6440".
3 They|strong="H4428" make|strong="H8055" the|strong="H8055" king|strong="H4428" glad|strong="H8055" with|strong="H4428" their|strong="H7451" wickedness|strong="H7451", and|strong="H4428" the|strong="H8055" princes|strong="H8269" with|strong="H4428" their|strong="H7451" lies|strong="H3585".
4 They|strong="H5704" are all|strong="H3605" adulterers|strong="H5003"; they|strong="H5704" are as|strong="H5704" an|strong="H7673" oven|strong="H8574" heated|strong="H1197" by|strong="H5704" the|strong="H3605" baker; he|strong="H5704" ceaseth|strong="H7673" to|strong="H5704" stir|strong="H5782" the fire, from|strong="H5704" the|strong="H3605" kneading|strong="H3888" of|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" dough|strong="H1217" until|strong="H5704" it|strong="H5704" be|strong="H3605" leavened|strong="H2556".

6 For|strong="H3588" they|strong="H3588" have|strong="H3605" made|strong="H3605" ready|strong="H7126" their|strong="H3605" heart|strong="H3820" like|strong="H1197" an|strong="H7126" oven|strong="H8574", whiles they|strong="H3588" lie in|strong="H3820" wait: their|strong="H3605" baker sleepeth|strong="H3463" all|strong="H3605" the|strong="H3605" night|strong="H3915"; in|strong="H3820" the|strong="H3605" morning|strong="H1242" it|strong="H1931" burneth|strong="H1197" as|strong="H3588" a|strong="H3068" flaming|strong="H3852" fire.

8 Ephraim, he|strong="H1931" mixeth himself|strong="H1931" among|strong="H5971" the|strong="H1961" peoples|strong="H5971"; Ephraim is|strong="H1931" a|strong="H3068" cake|strong="H5692" not|strong="H1961" turned|strong="H2015".
9 Strangers|strong="H2114" have|strong="H3045" devoured his|strong="H3045" strength|strong="H3581", and|strong="H3045" he|strong="H1931" knoweth|strong="H3045" it not|strong="H3808": yea|strong="H1571", gray|strong="H7872" hairs|strong="H7872" are|strong="H1571" here and|strong="H3045" there|strong="H2236" upon|strong="H3045" him|strong="H1931", and|strong="H3045" he|strong="H1931" knoweth|strong="H3045" it not|strong="H3808".

11 And|strong="H1980" Ephraim is|strong="H3820" like|strong="H1961" a|strong="H3068" silly|strong="H6601" dove|strong="H3123", without|strong="H3123" understanding|strong="H3820": they|strong="H7121" call|strong="H7121" unto|strong="H7121" Egypt|strong="H4714", they|strong="H7121" go|strong="H1980" to|strong="H1980" Assyria.
