ENG-KJV2006

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H1696" unto Moses|strong="H4872", saying|strong="H0559",

Command|strong="H6680" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", that they put out|strong="H7971" of the camp|strong="H4264" every leper|strong="H6879", and every one that hath an issue|strong="H2100", and whosoever is defiled|strong="H2931" by the dead|strong="H5315":

Both male|strong="H2145" and female|strong="H5347" shall ye put out|strong="H7971", without|strong="H2351" the camp|strong="H4264" shall ye put|strong="H7971" them; that they defile|strong="H2930" not their camps|strong="H4264", in the midst|strong="H8432" whereof|strong="H0834" I dwell|strong="H7931".

And the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478" did so|strong="H6213", and put them out|strong="H7971" without|strong="H2351" the camp|strong="H4264": as the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H1696" unto Moses|strong="H4872", so did|strong="H6213" the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478".

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H1696" unto Moses|strong="H4872", saying|strong="H0559",

Speak|strong="H1696" unto the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", When a man|strong="H0376" or woman|strong="H0802" shall commit|strong="H6213" any sin|strong="H2403" that men|strong="H0120" commit|strong="H4603", to do a trespass|strong="H4604" against the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and that person|strong="H5315" be guilty|strong="H0816";

Then they shall confess|strong="H3034" their sin|strong="H2403" which they have done|strong="H6213": and he shall recompense|strong="H7725" his trespass|strong="H0817" with the principal|strong="H7218" thereof, and add|strong="H3254" unto it the fifth|strong="H2549" part thereof, and give|strong="H5414" it unto him against whom he hath trespassed|strong="H0816".

But if the man|strong="H0376" have no kinsman|strong="H1350" to recompense|strong="H7725" the trespass|strong="H0817" unto, let the trespass|strong="H0817" be recompensed|strong="H7725" unto the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, even to the priest|strong="H3548"; beside the ram|strong="H0352" of the atonement|strong="H3725", whereby an atonement shall be made|strong="H3722" for him.

And every offering|strong="H8641" of all the holy things|strong="H6944" of the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", which they bring|strong="H7126" unto the priest|strong="H3548", shall be his.

And every man’s|strong="H0376" hallowed things|strong="H6944" shall be his: whatsoever any man|strong="H0376" giveth|strong="H5414" the priest|strong="H3548", it shall be his.

And the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* spake|strong="H1696" unto Moses|strong="H4872", saying|strong="H0559",

Speak|strong="H1696" unto the children|strong="H1121" of Israel|strong="H3478", and say|strong="H0559" unto them, If any|strong="H0376" man’s|strong="H0376" wife|strong="H0802" go aside|strong="H7847", and commit|strong="H4603" a trespass|strong="H4604" against him,

And a man|strong="H0376" lie|strong="H7901" with her carnally|strong="H7902", and it be hid|strong="H5956" from the eyes|strong="H5869" of her husband|strong="H0376", and be kept close|strong="H5641", and she be defiled|strong="H2930", and there be no witness|strong="H5707" against her, neither she be taken|strong="H8610" with the manner;

And the spirit|strong="H7307" of jealousy|strong="H7068" come|strong="H5674" upon him, and he be jealous|strong="H7065" of his wife|strong="H0802", and she be defiled|strong="H2930": or if the spirit|strong="H7307" of jealousy|strong="H7068" come|strong="H5674" upon him, and he be jealous|strong="H7065" of his wife|strong="H0802", and she be not defiled|strong="H2930":

Then shall the man|strong="H0376" bring|strong="H0935" his wife|strong="H0802" unto the priest|strong="H3548", and he shall bring|strong="H0935" her offering|strong="H7133" for her, the tenth|strong="H6224" part of an ephah|strong="H0374" of barley|strong="H8184" meal|strong="H7058"; he shall pour|strong="H3332" no oil|strong="H8081" upon it, nor put|strong="H5414" frankincense|strong="H3828" thereon; for it is an offering|strong="H4503" of jealousy|strong="H7068", an offering|strong="H4503" of memorial|strong="H2146", bringing|strong="H2142" iniquity|strong="H5771" to remembrance|strong="H2142".

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall bring her near|strong="H7126", and set|strong="H5975" her before|strong="H6440" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*:

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall take|strong="H3947" holy|strong="H6918" water|strong="H4325" in an earthen|strong="H2789" vessel|strong="H3627"; and of the dust|strong="H6083" that is in the floor|strong="H7172" of the tabernacle|strong="H4908" the priest|strong="H3548" shall take|strong="H3947", and put|strong="H5414" it into the water|strong="H4325":

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall set|strong="H5975" the woman|strong="H0802" before|strong="H6440" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and uncover|strong="H6544" the woman’s|strong="H0802" head|strong="H7218", and put|strong="H5414" the offering|strong="H4503" of memorial|strong="H2146" in her hands|strong="H3709", which is the jealousy|strong="H7068" offering|strong="H4503": and the priest|strong="H3548" shall have in his hand|strong="H3027" the bitter|strong="H4751" water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779":

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall charge her by an oath|strong="H7650", and say|strong="H0559" unto the woman|strong="H0802", If no man|strong="H0376" have lain|strong="H7901" with thee, and if thou hast not gone aside|strong="H7847" to uncleanness|strong="H2932" with another instead of thy husband|strong="H0376", be thou free|strong="H5352" from this bitter|strong="H4751" water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779":

But if thou hast gone aside|strong="H7847" to another instead of thy husband|strong="H0376", and if thou be defiled|strong="H2930", and some man|strong="H0376" have|strong="H5414" lain|strong="H7903" with thee beside|strong="H1107" thine husband|strong="H0376":

Then the priest|strong="H3548" shall charge|strong="H7650" the woman|strong="H0802" with an oath|strong="H7621" of cursing|strong="H0423", and the priest|strong="H3548" shall say|strong="H0559" unto the woman|strong="H0802", The \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* make|strong="H5414" thee a curse|strong="H0423" and an oath|strong="H7621" among|strong="H8432" thy people|strong="H5971", when the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w* doth make|strong="H5414" thy thigh|strong="H3409" to rot|strong="H5307", and thy belly|strong="H0990" to swell|strong="H6639";

And this water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779" shall go|strong="H0935" into thy bowels|strong="H4578", to make thy belly|strong="H0990" to swell|strong="H6638", and thy thigh|strong="H3409" to rot|strong="H5307": And the woman|strong="H0802" shall say|strong="H0559", Amen|strong="H0543", amen|strong="H0543".

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall write|strong="H3789" these curses|strong="H0423" in a book|strong="H5612", and he shall blot|strong="H4229" them out with the bitter|strong="H4751" water|strong="H4325":

And he shall cause the woman|strong="H0802" to drink|strong="H8248" the bitter|strong="H4751" water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779": and the water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779" shall enter|strong="H0935" into her, and become bitter|strong="H4751".

Then the priest|strong="H3548" shall take|strong="H3947" the jealousy|strong="H7068" offering|strong="H4503" out of the woman’s|strong="H0802" hand|strong="H3027", and shall wave|strong="H5130" the offering|strong="H4503" before|strong="H6440" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and offer|strong="H7126" it upon the altar|strong="H4196":

And the priest|strong="H3548" shall take an handful|strong="H7061" of the offering|strong="H4503", even the memorial|strong="H0234" thereof, and burn|strong="H6999" it upon the altar|strong="H4196", and afterward|strong="H0310" shall cause the woman|strong="H0802" to drink|strong="H8248" the water|strong="H4325".

And when he hath made her to drink|strong="H8248" the water|strong="H4325", then it shall come to pass, that, if she be defiled|strong="H2930", and have done|strong="H4603" trespass|strong="H4604" against her husband|strong="H0376", that the water|strong="H4325" that causeth the curse|strong="H0779" shall enter|strong="H0935" into her, and become bitter|strong="H4751", and her belly|strong="H0990" shall swell|strong="H6638", and her thigh|strong="H3409" shall rot|strong="H5307": and the woman|strong="H0802" shall be a curse|strong="H0423" among|strong="H7130" her people|strong="H5971".

And if the woman|strong="H0802" be not defiled|strong="H2930", but be clean|strong="H2889"; then she shall be free|strong="H5352", and shall conceive|strong="H2232" seed|strong="H2233".

This is the law|strong="H8451" of jealousies|strong="H7068", when a wife|strong="H0802" goeth aside|strong="H7847" to another instead of her husband|strong="H0376", and is defiled|strong="H2930";

Or when the spirit|strong="H7307" of jealousy|strong="H7068" cometh|strong="H5674" upon him|strong="H0376", and he be jealous|strong="H7065" over his wife|strong="H0802", and shall set|strong="H5975" the woman|strong="H0802" before|strong="H6440" the \+w LORD|strong="H3068"\+w*, and the priest|strong="H3548" shall execute|strong="H6213" upon her all this law|strong="H8451".

Then shall the man|strong="H0376" be guiltless|strong="H5352" from iniquity|strong="H5771", and this|strong="H1931" woman|strong="H0802" shall bear|strong="H5375" her iniquity|strong="H5771".
